酒店干净整洁，前台服务热情，可以换钱，不过顺化的汇率比较低，建议去其他城市。酒店有电梯，有人帮忙拿行李。自助早餐在顶楼，很好吃，还能看风景。
非常满意！干净、安静、舒适！早餐丰富，服务周到！希望平台能突多推荐这样的酒店，而不是像下一站入住的胡志明“亚洲红宝石中心酒店”那样的垃圾酒店！
酒店服务真的是有惊艳到我了，在酒店连续住了三宿，首先说房间干净整洁，再说前台服务人员态度热情，办事效率也高，最后一天退房由于赶早班火车，不能吃早餐让酒店人员打包了一份，当时我只说了要面包和培根，结果到了火车上打开早餐包被感动到了，他们还周到的给我准备了牛奶，水果，黄油，起司，水，这也太全了吧！每次早餐我们都爱在菜里加点盐，这他们也给我们带了一小包，细节决定一切！感谢酒店服务人员热情的服务，祝工作顺利愉快！

性价比极高的四星酒店，有泳池健身房，该有的都有，房间大，设备跟国内早期的四星酒店差不多。靠近火车站，坐火车去岘港方便。这个价钱比顺化城内旅游区租给老外的民宿强多了。顶楼有自助早餐，种类丰富，品质不多，景观可看全城、皇城及周围山水。好极了
房间还可以，酒店顶层早餐点餐制，很好吃。距离火车站非常近，走路6分钟就到了，周边还算安静，晚上睡得很香。
一家非常不错且合格的四星级酒店。员工非常友善且专业，尤其是阮先生，他在我们接下来的行程预订方面提供了很多帮助。酒店位置很好，不吵闹，周围有一些餐馆和咖啡馆。早餐还不错，而且你可以在顶楼（餐厅）看到整个城市的美景。泳池虽然不是很大，但水深足够，是探索一天后放松休闲的好地方。总的来说，性价比很高。
酒店非常喜欢，尤其是酒店的早餐，在顶楼，非常漂亮，景观视野一绝，但是泳池在维修用不了，顺化也非常的好玩，推荐去。
前台和大堂都没有开空调，热得不行。而且走廊很暗。
办理入住时，戴眼镜的男士面带笑容，但其他员工都没有笑容，让人误以为越南人都不爱笑吗？
即使我们是外国人，也希望能听到一句“你好”或“Xin chào”。太遗憾了。
一个相对设施比较老一点的酒店吧！相比于国内的，现在的很多酒店更新来说，在国外，特别是各东南亚国家，老酒店更能够受到青睐，因为它能生存，要么在当地有名气，要么就很有服务的态度，酒店对面的咖啡，可以尝试一下便宜，而且服务还不错
