酒店顶楼的无边泳池很漂亮，日落的时候风景很好。大半夜酒店房间里面进了一只壁虎，打电话给前台，马上就换了房间，服务态度不错。门口打grab很方便。
附近海滩俱乐部的噪音太大了，一直持续到半夜，还有烟花。通常烟花放完活动就结束了，但没有……派对还在继续。酒店有免费洗衣房，但洗衣机工作不稳定。你把衣服放进去洗，回来取的时候发现洗衣机中途停了，衣服还是湿漉漉的。长谷的位置也糟糕透了，即使我们点GrabFood，也很难找到愿意送餐的骑手。
唯一值得称赞的可能就是屋顶酒吧了，我们可以在那里点楼下 Lemon & Salt 咖啡馆的餐点，然后在泳边享用。
这是我们第一次带家人来巴厘岛，入住了Citadines Berawa 海滩酒店的三床房。酒店非常干净、舒适，员工们也都非常友善。给我办理入住手续的那位女员工服务超棒！顶楼的游泳池也很赞，酒吧的鸡尾酒和披萨都很好吃！价格也很实惠。晚上还有现场音乐表演，真是太棒了！
离海滩很近，附近有很多好吃的餐厅，超市就在旁边。步行到Atlas大概只要10分钟。

马桶一股反流的味道。。。emmmm，酒店附近啥也没有，都要打车出去，又远，开了好久车才到下次不会再住了
挺好的！芬斯海滩走路就能到，而像La Brisa、Penny Lane、Gigi’s Warung之类的（热门地点）就需要骑摩托车才能去了。不过这里位置好，性价比也很高！
优点：房间很宽敞，住着很舒服。
（晚上不开空调也很凉快）
特别是餐桌很大，点外卖吃或者需要做其他事情的时候，非常方便。
而且员工们都非常亲切。
缺点：浴室有很多水垢，
床头灯上积了厚厚的黑灰。
抱枕也有异味…
而且位置有点尴尬。
离长谷中心有点远，要去热门景点的话，
路上要花不少时间。
虽然有迷你厨房，本来想煮点拉面，
但是锅都生锈发霉了…… ㅜ ㅜ
很棒的酒店，服务周到，房间干净，每层楼都有免费饮水机。如果所有住宿都含早餐就完美了。
总的来说，这是一家不错的酒店，我愿意再次入住。海滩非常近，早餐很好，种类丰富，而且方便的是可以吃到上午11点。员工很友善，酒店很干净，泳池也很干净，景色很好（除了酒店旁边目前正在施工，但入住时会提前告知），不过躺椅有点少，也没有淋浴。小缺点是：酒吧的食物只能打4分（满分5分），厕所有时会有下水道异味，感觉位置有点偏僻。
这家酒店和它的服务真的很棒，尤其是酒店员工Ade，他为我的家人提供了免费的提早入住和延迟退房，帮了大忙！房间也很宽敞，有一个面向大海的大阳台。厨房的储藏室也出乎意料地设施齐全，我们甚至可以在里面做饭。地理位置也相当不错，离海滩只有5分钟路程，周围有许多商店和餐馆可以逛，不过如果您的活动不在库塔/海滩附近，我建议您住别的地方。
设施：看起来还是比较新的，反正比一般酒店要好。
卫生：卫生完全是星级标准，我们住的还行，不过那边有一些潮湿
环境：酒店位置很好，不过我们出门都是打车。
服务小哥和小姐姐都特别好。
