Booked the room on 12-6-2024. Everything seemed to be fine got the confirmation email for the reservation the day before we were to arrive. There was even an option for early check in the day before which we took. When we arrived at the hotel they claimed to have no record of our booking and no rooms available. Other friends who booked at the same hotel also had problems with thier reservation.

Everything was perfect. The staff helped me out with my limited mobility. I found no problems with anything. Enjoyed my stay so much that my original reservation for 2 nights, I extended for 3 more nights. Will stay again next time.

Staff was nice and lobby was clean! The rooms definitely need some maintenance work, like painting. However if you can get past the minor imperfections it wasn’t a bad place. The bed was super comfy!

When we checked in I asked for a ground level room. The lady was very nice but they must already assign rooms and just acted like oh well looks like you’re in 210 and didn’t even check to see if we could get a ground floor room. It’s a non smoking hotel but the room smelled terrible of stale smoke. Enough so that we went to Walmart to purchase a candle. Very few outlets, some that didn’t even work. One that turned of the power to the outlet that the tv and lamp were plugged into.

The room had a recliner that was nice and comfortable. Close distance to historic district, parks, restaurants, and Walmart.

我们带着自行车来，接待员给我们安排了一间位于一楼的房间，而不是我们预订的一楼。这样我们就能很方便地把自行车带进房间。工作人员也非常友好。
