Wonderful staff! Great location when visiting Syracuse University - 14 min drive from campus. Quiet, clean, tons of shopping. Easy parking. Breakfast included. The hotel definitely needs a refresh tho-no question!

The room was dirty and smelled. The carpet was wet and turned my husband’s feet black when he walked on it. There were other people’s hair in the shower. I felt dirty even being in the room.

The air conditioner was very noisy in our room, kept us awake most of the night. They gave us a room overlooking the roof. We heard people coming and going all night long. The guy at the desk was useless. We went to use the pool and a child had pooped in the pool

Comforters were dirty. One stained, and one completely covered in black hairs. Clerk told us we could change to the room next door and that room smelled like Doritos.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was awesome, attentive and very professional! Loved the pool, water was warm with just a bit of over chlorination . Was very close to many things and off highway!

The beds are very comfortable. TV didn’t work. The fridge was operating, but the temperature was close to room temperature The air in the room was stale, probably the outside air intake was not operational. However, overall, considering the location of the hotel relative to our trip it was an okay deal. Bottom line, if you are a forgiving customer it’s a good enough shelter for one night.
