Best breakfast of any hotel ever & I travel a lot. Loved nearby restaurants Authentic Chinese burgers of Chang long horn in & out etc. Trader Joe next door. Great location!

The room was in great condition and clean, however there are zero places to plug in phones to charge by the beds. The one port on the clock didn’t work and there are no accessible plus by the bed either. Very inconvenient.
For breakfast, I was very excited to get to eat biscuits and gravy, however as I stood in line with 45 left for breakfast the gravy ran out, they took the pot away and never replaced it. They put out more biscuits but many people were disappointed.
I did appreciate that I called and said we would be arriving late and the front desk was very gracious, but it was just a little disappointing.

The Hotel was clean, modern and the staff was very friendly. This was our second stay at the Hyatt in Murfreesboro.

I called the hotel before I booked my stay about check in times back in July. I explained in detail when I was landing at the airport and what time I would be at the hotel. I was landing at 11:08 pm on 10/25 and would be arriving at the hotel after midnight. I asked the agent if that was going to be a 25th check in or 26th check in. The agent said the 26th, so that is what I booked. I called on Oct 23, 2025 @ 2:25 pm and spoke to someone about my upcoming reservation to confirm with the hotel my late hour arrival, and they said I was all good.
Fast forward to my arrival date, my plane was delayed due to staff shortage and then again for weather concern. So I arrived almost 3 hours late (on 10/26/2025 @ 1:30am). Because of the weather delay, I wasn't able to pick up my rental car, so I took an Uber to my hotel ($50) arriving at about 2 am.
When I walked in the Hyatt Hotel, I told them I had a reservation and they told me that they had no availability, they were totally sold out. I was floored. I told the front desk agent that I had called and spoke to someone at the hotel just days before and was told I was all set. The front desk agent said that my reservation was scheduled for the 26th at 3pm. I had explained that I had called before I made the reservation and spoke to someone at the front desk at the hotel. Explained everything to young lady. She said I didn't have a reservatuon

我们只是在这里短暂停留,因为要和附近几个朋友见面。酒店很干净,员工也很友好。早餐很不错,比大多数酒店的欧陆式早餐都要好,而且种类丰富。
没有什么可抱怨的,除了我不得不提前一天离开,而且他们不会退款给我。
非常干净。安静的区域,附近有很多餐饮场所,步行即可到达。离便利店很近
