Staff were extremely rude! I was visiting from Australia, when I checked in the young girl laughed uncontrollably at my accent and had to excuse herself. Absolutely disgraceful and rude. I wanted to go elsewhere but it was late. Another lady, Linda took over for her and keep apologizing as she was stunned also. Place was average and plenty of hotels in the same area holiday inn and quality inn…. Go there instead

This hotel was clean enough, but the facilities are limited. There is no bar - it wasn't functioning during my 4 night stay. There was no food in the evening, as the only staff there was the front desk clerk. The bed was the worst I've ever slept in. It was a king size, but one side had a huge valley in it, so I was forced to sleep on the other side. Might as well have been a single bed. I do not recommend.

Not to Courtyard expected standards. Had to move rooms 3 times. 1st room AC not working, 2nd room AC making noise, 3rd room dirty & poor maintenance, 4th room deadbolt didn’t work, poorly repaired shower joints. Lobby floors mopped during check-out time and left slippery wet. Staff showed no concern.

Courtyard by Marriott is the ultimate experience. Customer service is too level. Professional and the gave me superb attention. All my needs were meet and specialized treatment was offered due to my health issues. I was treated as a queen! If I could how well I am treated it would contain words that overflow. Thank you staff. How beautiful you are in spirit, mercy, and grace.👼💝🙏🌹

晚上好……我做 ******* 的客户已经有一段时间了。今晚简直是一场噩梦。我收到一封电子邮件，询问我是否需要提前入住，我同意了。抵达后，我们发现大厅里聚集了一大群军人。没什么大不了的，除非我们没有房间……哎呀！！！我们没有空房。我通过电子邮件门户与经理讨论了提前入住的问题，他说“我很抱歉，但我们无法控制来自第三方实体的这种级别的沟通。”他们在晚上 9 点 45 分检查了房间的可用性，因为我的两个孩子和妻子至少可以说很沮丧。大约花了 (45) 分钟找到、打扫和准备好房间，这解决了这个问题。但这是这个过程背后的原则……不，不，不，提供提前入住但抵达时没有空房是不可接受的。
我不能住，因为他们卖掉了我的房间，前台的安东尼奥先生很粗鲁，没有帮助我，他只是说房间已经卖完了，他不尊重我的证明，因此我给了一颗星，现在试图退还我的钱
