瑞吉酒店在棕榈岛应属上乘,酒店设施极佳,服务优秀,早餐品种丰富,不愧是五星级酒店。旁边就是商场,吃喝一应俱全,差旅住在这里是最佳选择。在这里住着很开心,一切都是最好的安排。
迪拜棕榈岛的瑞吉酒店就在棕榈岛的树干上
位置特别好,得天独厚,对面是安达市,隔壁是希尔顿。整个酒店非常高,应该是岛上最高的酒店之一。
夜景很漂亮,能俯瞰整个棕榈岛,是来这里最好的选择。
在棕榈岛主枝干正中心,楼顶就是观景台THE VIEW。一楼酒店大堂可以直接走进隔壁商场,小走一段上去就是观景台入口,超级方便。
很幸运12点到酒店就入住了 办理完隔壁有个专门预定活动的柜台 我们约了16点去私人沙滩 私人沙滩原价500/人 入住客人可以免费享受 到点门口有车送去私人沙滩 然后还送了plam 景观门票 也挺值得去 但要记住这个项目15:30 之前可以使用 我们第一天约了16点预约时候说可以 结果说要15:30之前 于是第二天再去 提前15分钟到酒店柜台打印门票 然后去商场的plam view 柜台 52楼景观台 这两个项目性价比很高 酒店早餐也很丰富

卫生:干净整洁舒适
环境:优美,顶层可观棕榈岛全貌
服务:礼貌周到
这是一家号称奢华却集合了城市酒店和度假酒店的所有缺点的极其糟糕的酒店。硬件设施差强人意,服务可以用恶劣来形容。除非你是开豪车或者小费出手阔绰的客户,否则门童和礼宾连最基本的礼仪都没有。
设施:一般,有个房间的插座都掉下来了。实在跟这个价位不匹配。
环境:地理位置不好,离沙滩很远。Kyma沙滩巴掌大的一块。
服务:太差了。门童毫不掩饰地表现出不给小费就不搭理你的态度。离店时,连寄存的行李都互相推诿不愿拿。
真的挺一般的,第一次写评价,来迪拜中转呆了一晚,酒店大堂很小,一共就两个前台checkin。入住还要交20迪拉姆的view tax…给的房间也是普普通通毫无景色,五楼并且还就是对着一个酒店的泳池。最搞笑的是窗帘还是手动的…快三千一晚的房间服务也非常普通。每次下车有行李都要等个十几秒才有酒店人员来拿,并且第二天我的早班机七点多下来退房一共还是两个前台在服务,当时两个人都在对接客户我就在旁边沙发坐着等,一个女的直接当做没看见我送走了客人直接走了???就剩下一个前台还在和她那个客人对接,等了快二十分钟连退房都退不了???最后还是我自己找了一个礼宾小哥给我退的……笑死个人,非常失望
可以在酒店联通的2楼mall里直接坐有轨电车去亚特兰蒂斯水世界,也可以坐酒店的shuttle bus去海滩。
Palm景观门票:酒店提供的门票,体验也挺不错。讲述了棕榈岛建设的过程。上面拍照也很出片。
同一个订单预订的三间房,给我安排在三个不同的楼层。三间房只有一间有迎宾水果,另外两间一间有一盒巧克力,一间啥也没有。然后迎宾卡片上客人姓名写的还不是我们的。床头插座改造工程施工很差,有的插头根本插不进去。洗面台下水排水速度非常慢。这个瑞吉避坑吧。
当时是看见泳池才订的~结果到了才知道泳池不是属于酒店是属于商场的。 去沙滩也是别人家的,也不是特别方便,每小时一趟车要提前约一下而且很挤。总之不适合度假适合商务,就睡觉一下可以。早餐不错哈~
