My family booked three rooms for 3 nights. We requested 2 out of our 3 rooms to be cleaned on our last night only. I even went personally to the front desk to request them be cleaned. By the time we got back, both rooms remained uncleaned☹️. I called the front desk and they were not even apologetic about it.

At this time, I'm still sorting the excessive billing of unknown amenities the hotel claims I accessed. Due to the hotel's oversight of tangling my sister's reservation(with a pet) and my stay, I've been charged an extra $170.00. Even though I paid Expedia's bill promptly and in full, the hotel is claiming that may be
******* had added the extra expenses. I will NOT be a returning customer to any Marriot Hotel since their chaos, paucity of tracking the customer to the correct room, and carelessness have left a bitter taste. Truly, I felt an extra profit was in the making if I hadn't requested a copy of the receipts for the two guests whom had two separate rooms for two days. None of the receipts reflected our arrangements. Very upset and disappointed by the transaction, discourse, and lack of follow-up!

Marriott should be ashamed of themselves. Arrived to a non working refrigerator, promised room refresh did not occur. Physical facility this. Traveler avoid

We loved the room and the comfort. The only thing we did not like was the buffet. Not much there we like, so we ate elsewhere!

Two Night Retreat
Overall we like the AC Hotel. The amenities are nice with the breakfast offering as well as the cocktail lounge. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. We were a bit disappointed as the vinyl floors hadn’t been totally cleaned very well. We also had a hard time getting the shower to work as the plunger on the spout would not stay engaged. The toilet also runs all the time unless you fiddle with the flush buttons. We forgot to bring this to the hotels attention as we got in a hurry to leave. Our bad.
