The front desk staff weren’t very friendly, not unfriendly just not inviting or helpful. You could tell they didn’t want to be there at all. They didn’t smile or offer any information and as soon as we left they both sat below counter level on their phones again. When we called later to ask for sheets for the pull out bed they made us come get them instead of offering to bring them up. There was hair and garbage on the bathroom floor, no washcloths, the bathtub drain was clogged and the vent fan was inoperable. I was pretty disappointed since we can almost always count on Fairfield to be dependable.

Clean room, very nice shower. Tv had Netflix, but remote was slow. Room was nice but came with no trash liners for trash cans. Airport shuttle was very convenient.
