旺季接近一千五的房价,入住的是烂尾楼一样的房间,卫生间马桶堵塞,房间有潮味还有大严重脚气味
退房的时候在酒店前台等了10分钟一直磨磨蹭蹭
在等待过程中来了个白人来退房,秒退押金给人家,我非常气愤,和前台理论,总之非常糟糕的体验

盖了帽了呀,1预定时备注要一间观看日落绝佳的房间,大大满足我了,躺下床上就能看到不要太绝的白沙滩日落呀。2入住累坏了包丢了,第二天一早问前台就给我们了,几千🐷失而复得。3房间阳台简直是人生阳台,自己感受吧。4海边沙滩椅简直堪比床了,睡着了还打呼噜了。5餐厅,真的是兼顾到了各国有人的口味,而且口味还都很地道,而且还让其他国家的人爱吃其他国家的食物,所以早餐也是绝了。6服务,从我们来一直好到离开,自己体会。7便捷的要命,出门就是定车,再走一步就是711,旁边就是爱死了的飞饼,对面就是爱死了的冰沙,和马杀鸡。总结:一定会再来象岛,一定会再定 KC grand,贵的有道理,贵在能提供妥妥的情绪价值,以及软硬件服务都完美。

餐厅很棒,东西都很好吃。也不贵,早餐很丰富,还特意送上生日蛋糕,除此之外,全是缺点!
1)国内最多500块价格的档次,我们订的已经是酒店最好最贵的房型,3000多一晚,连地板都擦不干净,洗发露不知道什么鬼,洗了一股味。
2)前台死着一张脸,毫无笑容,不管是对中国人还是美国人,一视同仁!
3)规模很小,全都挤在沙滩上,像坐在教室了,密密麻麻,还得抢位置
4)最恐怖的是晚上有无数马蜂,前台就让不要开灯,天一黑整个酒店人都见不到,见图片!
完全不懂为什么那么多好评,无语,订了4天,住了1晚果断逃离。
以后还来,服务环境都挺好的,酒店泳池紧挨着白沙滩边上,早餐厅也在海边,酒店位于象岛中心区域,出门就有711,很方便✌

每次来象岛都会住这里,综合对比这里肯定是第一名,地理位置,周边环境,价格,都是不错。日落绝美,四个泳池都要特点
这是岛上最棒的酒店!一切都让我很满意。地理位置优越,菜品美味,房间舒适,还能欣赏到漂亮的花园景色。酒店分为一区和二区。如果预订二区的房间,去吃早餐和去海滩需要穿过马路,但这也不是什么大问题,因为距离都很近。酒店考虑到了度假的每一个细节。提供了沙滩包、雨伞、橡胶沙滩拖鞋,还有室内拖鞋、咖啡机、浴袍、吹风机、洗漱用品,甚至还有开瓶器。细心友好的员工会确保您在这个天堂般的地方拥有最舒适的住宿体验。酒店还有漂亮的游泳池。酒店内提供汽车和摩托车租赁服务。我一定会再来的!
附注:缺点是,入住时需要支付押金,每天一千泰铢。希望这个条款能在预订时就说明清楚,而不是在办理入住时才告知。
面朝大海的两栋楼正在装,该说不说,酒店位置好,处于白沙滩的头部,下山就到酒店,遗憾的是我来这两天浪比较大,没敢下海亲水,不过酒店室外泳池真的大,适合家庭出游,还有儿童池。我定的豪华间,感觉已经很好了,古朴故香,冰箱,空调,电视,保险箱都有,还有咖啡机。大床感觉睡三个人都够了,还有个阳台,圆景。网速出奇的好,联大陆的服务器延时120ms,相当不错。早餐丰盛,泰式,西餐,一应俱全。基本能吃撑。淡季出行真爽啊。有机会还来,还住KC,要说不足就是中央空调声音比较大。需要适应下。
和老婆来象岛休年假,在岛上的酒店中选择了很久,最终选择住在了象岛KC酒店。
首先地理位置非常好,距离码头大约是五分钟左右车程,酒店外面有711、马杀鸡和不少吃饭的地方,很方便。
酒店的服务很不错,服务员都是面带微笑,并能主动提供服务。
我们这次住的是海滨别墅,房间非常好,很适合度假,独栋的小别墅面积不小,房间布局合理,还有按摩浴缸,洗漱用品质量也不错,推开房间门就是大海。
酒店早餐也不错,总体来说,来象岛度假的话,推荐在这里入住,一定要定临海的别墅,非常不错。
非常不好的入住体验,空调噪音巨大,吵到睡不着那种;房间霉味很重,应该是空调的问题,即使一直待在房间里也会一直闻到很重的霉味;大床是两张小床拼的,睡上去中间会有缝;酒店不提供牙刷牙膏;卫生间插头非常鸡肋,吹风机插头如果是圆的,插上去就会挨到旁边的电源开关,也就是说你插上去开关就打不开,就不能用;浴缸旁边有条很宽的的地漏缝,很容易崴脚,站在镜子前稍微偏一点脚就会滑进去;洗澡地漏是堵的,水一直都是没过脚面的。后来前台安排人修理后还是一样很吵,没办法帮我们升了房(新房间的空调白天听着还行,到了晚上还是很吵,不过至少不用被子蒙头才能睡了),前台处理是好的,但是酒店真的不ok,大家谨慎选择。
