* 床太糟糕了。感觉就像他们拿了一堆纸板，盖上毯子，然后把所有东西都塞进床垫套里。
* 空调噪音很大。在第一个房间里。
* 一些不顾他人感受、吵闹的客人在我们窗外大声播放音乐、玩投掷沙包游戏、大喊大叫，还跟我们挤在一起。（我们住的头两个晚上不得不告诉前台）
* 最后他们把房间搬到了三楼，这很麻烦，因为我们不得不把所有东西打包搬到楼上。
* 钥匙打不开侧门，尽管我们被告知可以用。我们把所有东西都卸下来搬到门口，结果发现它根本打不开。于是，我们把所有东西都装回去，又把车开到前面，又把东西卸下来搬进来。
* 卫生纸很便宜，我们最后买了自己的，用了。
* 淋浴间整晚都在金属排水管上滴水，所以我们放了一条手巾来止水。
* 在1号房的浴室里发现了一只水虫（？）。
* 洗衣机选择的是热水，结果却只装了冷水。
* 316号房的淋浴门安装不当，关不严。
我们到晚了，因为美联航的服务不周到，航班延误是因为他们忘了准备茶点。他们花了一个小时才把茶点准备好。费尔菲尔德酒店在没有通知我们的情况下给我们安排了一间无障碍客房。窗户不能开，空气也不流通。没有普通咖啡，只有脱咖啡因的……这地方糟透了。还有更好的住宿选择。别来！
由于航班取消，我们最终未能抵达。我打电话取消了，但他们不允许我取消，因为是通过第三方预订的。反正我已经被扣款了。
