TV did not work. Only one person at night on the job so maintenance could not remedy any issues. Asked for some help with a discount with all the trouble and manager would not help, stated regional manager would need to be informed. Found hair pins in the bed. No coffee at 8:15am. Rooms are designed poorly.

When we checked in for a 4-night stay, we were told housekeeping would be on an “every other day basis.” On Day 2, we were out from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM and were surprised to find that our room had not been freshened up by the housekeeping staff. When I called the front desk, I was told that if I wanted fresh towels, I could get fresh ones at the front desk and to simply put my used towels outside the door in the hallway, which we did. We were told our room would definitely be serviced the following day. However, the following day it was not serviced although we saw the housekeeping trolley in the hallway. When we called the front desk, we were told that when we checked in, we were given the option to have housekeeping or not, and we chose no housekeeping. We responded that this is not true as we were not given any option such as that and were simply told housekeeping would service our room “every other day.” So housekeeping never serviced our from in all 4 days we were there, Our trash was overflowing and the only way to get clean towels was to call and get them ourselves. It’s a shame that housekeeping service was so poor since the rest of our stay was quite good.

Kess checked us in, the room was immaculate, and we had a quick stop for a night with two kids. Thankful above all else to have the chance to be in a space that brought us some comfort before we drove way back home!
