The property features a terrific pool that is larger than most and a hot tub large enough for about 12. The complimentary breakfast changed daily and featured spinach quiche one day, biscuits and gravy another, and jalapeno/cheese another day. I would have rated the hotel higher except maid service was every other day, the front desk told us that was Marriott policy. The Springhill we stayed at the days before provided maid service every day and coffee all day. This location only had coffee during breakfast.

This hotel was convenient, well managed and clean. Apparently a recent renovation and the room was large and well laid out with a very nice bathroom.

Somehow our room was not cleaned or refreshed after our first night. Arrived back at room around 5:30 and was was undone as we left it. Too late for someone to do anything except bring fresh towels.
Fantastic views.
Safe in very inconvienent location.
Glass sliding door to bath, need something different.

Cleanliness
Overall the stay was good. We stayed in room 346 with my main concern being the cleanliness, specifically the shower and lounge area. In various corners of the shower there were signs of mold in the grout alongside with a gray tint on the shower floor. Also the shower door did not have a great seal which permitted water to seep onto the bathroom floor. This resulted in us having to pack multiple bathroom towels to contain the water. The couch had various stains. However, the bed was very clean and comfortable. Overall, we would consider coming back. The workers were very friendly and attentive.

Family time was great outside of room!
Honestly we had a great time at our stay but the management team really missed it. We had an air conditioning leak in our room so from our unit to our bed and door to balcony was soaked with water. You couldn’t wear socks cause your feet would get soaked. I called downstairs and reported and they did send someone up. My complaint is, I was never apologized to never was ask if I wanted to be moved just said nothing. I had to call and ask if it was fixed and to ask if fans needed to be brought in to help dry up carpet. I was just told no it would be okay. I did tell manager when I checked out how I felt but she was so nonchalant and still never offered an apology. I hope it doesn’t smell musky in that room cause it was still not dry when we checked out.

Place was very clean and accommodating, but needed a few more lights in the room and in the shower it had no fan so if you’d like to take a hot shower when you’re done showering you’re gonna be sweating you’re gonna have to go in a cold room.
