I upgraded to a balcony, there was no view just a giant tree with branches that you could reach out and touch. The location was a positive, directly across from park, restaurant and walking distance to beach.

We were only there for one night so we didn't use the amenities other than breakfast. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the grounds were beautiful. The only thing I didn't like was the $15 charge for parking.

Great location, loved the pool area, super quiet. Clean rooms with comfy beds and lots of pillows BUT hot water took a long time, had to pay to park, fridge in the suite was useless and a dresser would have been nice. Otherwise, it’s a great place in a great town!!

The shower head was so clogged by scale that water was only coming out of half of the holes. As a result, the water pressure was poor, really inadequate for the purpose. Showers took longer than normal.

The property features a terrific pool that is larger than most and a hot tub large enough for about 12. The complimentary breakfast changed daily and featured spinach quiche one day, biscuits and gravy another, and jalapeno/cheese another day. I would have rated the hotel higher except maid service was every other day, the front desk told us that was Marriott policy. The Springhill we stayed at the days before provided maid service every day and coffee all day. This location only had coffee during breakfast.
