We stayed at this hotel twice in one week. Staff is so friendly. It is so clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Great place! Great location! And the fact that they take care of pets so well for free was what put this over the top. I’ll forego a hot Buffett of breakfast for free pet stays any day. But here is the but….I wish they would at least run a swiffer on the floors between stays. I spilled some water, wiped it up and it was gross. Also I wish the pet potting area was bigger. It gets a little complicated when multiple guests are trying to let their dogs potty at the same time. The dogs wanna pay attention to each other since it’s really only about a 12x12 space.

The room was satisfactory, although it was not immaculate when we checked in. The air conditioning unit began leaking water into the room, and on our second night, the room was not turned over.
The front desk attendant was exceptional, displaying exceptional friendliness and accommodating behavior. Her exceptional service was the sole reason I awarded the room four stars.

The lady who checked us in on the overnight shift was absolutely incredible . My daughter had hurt her ankle at a cheer competition and she got us some crutches and medicine for her . Recommended a good coffee shop the next morning . I would stay here again just because of her !

When I booked the room I booked it for one reason and that is because under the room details where it said bathroom it said shower tub combo and it did not have that. And it also said that I could pay a $3.50 fee for an on-the-go breakfast but that would have been for just one item for such an upscale hotel I feel like it should have been much better.

The staff was amazing at the front desk and at the bar. The room was definitely not very clean. There was a used bandaid stuck to the bed platform. When I went to retrieve something from the floor between the bed and the wall I noticed how filthy the floor was. We had just spent two nights at an Aloft in Round Rock and loved it so much we thought we would try one in Lubbock. Sadly disappointed at the cleanliness.
