The staff was very nice and helpful. I had to extend my stay three times and they were able to keep me in the same room and everything.

We booked for two day stay. They had some kind of activity on their rooftop-when we came back from dinner, the parking lot was totally filled. We had already checked in and when I said, where do I park they sort of said I don’t know-because we’ve sold out for the evening. OK we got parked finally. We went out the next day. We came in the evening and our room had not been cleaned. Attended to no clean towels. No new coffee, paper cups or coffee-nothing.

I would rate the breakfast offering as a 3 out of five.
Room was spacious, clean, and quiet.Could use additional hooks or towel racks in bathroom.

Spacious clean room. Good breakfast. Easy on and off highway. I took one star off because there was a loud yelling group in the hallway several times around midnight.

Family Fun
We were in Frederick to visit family & friends. The hotel is conveniently located off Route 15 on the north edge of Frederick and a short distance to Thurmont and Gettysburg to the north. Plenty of everything near; restaurants, shopping and things to see & do.

SpringHill Suites 正是我们想要的住宿类型。方便、干净，而且价格也很棒。办理入住非常顺利。我们预订的房间和描述的一模一样。屋顶酒吧很赞，氛围感极佳。唯一希望的是酒店能有自己的餐厅，不过他们推荐的当地餐馆也很不错。我们在 Madrones 用餐，强烈推荐。未来肯定会再次选择入住这家酒店。
