Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Walking distance to downtown and provides a lovely view of the Ohio River. Continental breakfast had very good selections. Wonderful that the historical building was repurposed rather than demolished and replaced with new construction.

Terrible, disappointing breakfast. What i would get in a cheap motel. Dismal. Coffee was excellent. Would never stay there again. Asked for a hotel handout telling about its history and the cotton factory but they had nothing. The brochure telling the town was ice

We loved the view of Kentucky. It was a very convenient hotel to Vevay, Louisville, and Tri-state area. We had beautiful room. Wish it had not allowed gold carts to park in prime parking. We had to park in the back twice because several golf carts were parked in front. Great breakfast, changes daily. The gym was okay, be nice if machines worked to show tv while running. I just watched phone instead. Felt safe no matter what time it was. The grounds are beautiful. You won't be sorry you stayed here! This will be our go to from now on when visiting our family!

What a wonderfully unique hotel! Everything from check-in to check-out was easy. The hotel is beautiful. I highly recommend the rooms with a view of the river. Madison is a lovely small town, we will definitely visit again and do not plan on staying anywhere else. 10 of 10!

Very convenient location to all there is to do in Madison. Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable. A reasonable breakfast included with room. Staff were friendly and attentive to your needs.
