Hotel itself was clean and looked beautiful. Staffing could improve. To slow to check in. I did online check in and there was no record of it. Physically got there at 200 for 400 pm checking and room wasn't ready, which was fine but was never texted when the room already. Lady said she didn't have anything saying to contact me

Best hotel to celebrate a divorce
I had the best time celebrating the filing of my divorce at this hotel. Everyone was amazing. My view of the ocean was breathtaking. The irony...a wedding was taking place the day i checked in. 😂

We had a great stay here. We were able to check in early, our room and the hotel were very clean, we had great service at the bar, and had a very short walk to the beach, a few good restaurants and a gas station right across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Love the location, friendly service and clean room
The front desk associate was friendly and check- in was quick. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint on the room was the door was very difficult to open, we had to push very hard. However, an engineer came minutes after my call and fixed the door. The hotel is located on Atlantic Blvd which is a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Fort Clinch State Park and Downtown. As far as dining, there are not many options, just the pool bar and Starbucks where we placed a cooked to order breakfast. However, there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel also has a gym, pool, hot tub and stations where you can fill in your water bottle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will return.

short staffed, those working there were awesome
We got a great rate on a weekend, for price, but were just disappointed in the changes we saw, as repeat visitors to this hotel since it's opening. They appear to have hiring issues, as the pool I went across to the other side of the hotel for coffee (free, so no complaints). The other side of the hotel was stuffy and hot all weekend, A/C issues? Positives were that the bartenders were great, other than the pool area, all else was clean.

I found the relaxation that I needed while staying at Courtyard at Marriott Amelia Island. The staff were awesome and extremely helpful. My room was beautifully decorated making for a pleasant oasis when I wasn’t exploring the Island. The French Fries are the best I ever had. I loved that I had everything I needed without leaving if I didn’t want to!! Highly recommend!!
