Couples weekend away
The room was a little smaller than expected but was fine for what we needed. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were extra soft and went flat really quickly.
The tv was finicky, we struggled with the remote to respond and communicate with the tv.
The sink is outside to the bathroom area, which was a little odd.
The shower was great.
The location was good. There are some options for things to do in the immediate area. We enjoyed breakfast at BlueGrass Cafe, coffee from Frothy Monkey and ice cream from Clumpies. We did walk to the aquarium area which is about a 30 minute walk. Thankfully the weather was nice so it wasn’t too bad. There are free shuttles that go around the city we used those at times.

The Kinley is a great little hotel and spot in Chattanooga.
Unfortunately, they overbooked the hotel and changed our king bed reservation into twin beds. Bunk beds no less!
And their "we'll make it up to you" offerings were not as promised with the manager dodging the conversation completely and leaving the front desk staff to try and do their best to help us. That's why the rating is low for this stay. Prior stays would have been 5 stars.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The staff are amazingly friendly and kind. The Speakeasy had great atmosphere and the dinner was superb. The Exchange for breakfast was delicious and the sitting area was very comfortable and low key on a Saturday morning. Hands down my favorite hotel that I’ve stayed in !

Great Getaway Spot
What a great hotel for a weekend getaway! The hotel is chic, the rooms are modern, the service is excellent, and the location can't be beat! We especially appreciated the onsite restaurants. The breakfast cafe is comfortable and inviting, and the speakeasy is a great place for a nightcap. The service was excellent and they really took care of us- thanks! The location is great with so many bars and restaurants right on the same block, and getting to the downtown bridge area is a nice walk or a short free shuttle rise away. The only areas for improvement would be slightly more spacious rooms and slightly more comfortable mattresses, but these are small points. Don't hesitate to book here. We'll be back!

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms and plenty of amenities on property and nearby! We booked this last minute for a great rate. We really liked having lots of restaurants in walking distance. Would highly recommend!

This space is beautiful and well done. The room is functional with it's racks, drawers, and shelves. I really loved the glass shower stall. This hotel's location is walkable to many restaurants and entertainment venues. A short Uber ride for me to the heart of downtown for a minor league baseball game and riverfront concert series.
I enjoyed my stay in Chattanooga. The Kinley and their helpful and vibrant staff helped me so it!

Reception didn’t listen closely at all when I asked them to verify my Marriott bonvoy points for this visit.
