I had really good experience staying around the hotel. The staff at the restaurant have been excellent. The House keeping Bipin and team have supper. Did not have ask for a thing. Tge rooms were kept. Immaculate at all times. If and when needed anything was present on time. I would recommend it for anyone willing to stay short or long time with ir without falling. Thank you all for making out stay comfortable 🙏🏽

Rooms are good spacious amenities provided are great but the service of the fnb can we improved ( service is very late in terms of serving food )

Perfect for family with spacious room & lobby area & balcony. Food are delicious with all the varieties specially thanks to piya she's very helpful
房间超大，早餐也还不错
前台服务很差，入住和退房都花了很长时间。一点都不友好。
卫生也很糟糕……
不会再住这种差劲的酒店了。
酒店很一般。员工没有问题。
这顶多算个三星级酒店，绝不是五星级。
房间很脏，到处都是污渍。走廊也很脏。
电视不太好用。
客房服务超级慢。
食物质量非常非常差。千万别在这儿点餐。
员工还不错，没什么争执，我挺喜欢这点的。
停车场灰尘很多，没什么酒店的感觉。
还有很多想说的，但总的来说，就是一次很普通的酒店体验。
酒店还算可以，但是电话线松动了，电视线和连接线也松了。我不得不打电话给工作人员。我之前已经告知退房时间是11点半，但好几个工作人员打电话来又来提醒，这让人很烦。
地方不错，服务一般。
我们在这里度过了一段美好的时光。酒店的布置和服务都非常棒。他们确保孩子们玩得开心。前台的皮娅女士非常热情周到，确保我们在酒店度过了愉快的时光。
