酒店回复: Thank you for your review and feedback as a large in house group had received all of our additional pillows over the course of the week and left the property lacking in a standard amenity. We have now addressed this with the group as they are still with us, as well as had placed an additional order of pillows that unfortunately arrived today, the Monday after a sold out weekend. 商务出差，房间很干净，舒适，希尔顿旗下品牌，装修很新，装修很新，房间空调也不错，推荐入住，性价比也很好。
太糟糕了！！！千万别住这里……有臭虫，三级虫害！

工作人员非常友好热情。我们已经在这里住过很多次了。早餐不错，房间舒适。地理位置便利。上次我们入住时，房间没有完全打扫干净，后来我们升级了房间，没有任何问题。我们一定会再次入住这里。
很棒的地方
地理位置优越，靠近卡罗温兹，我们很喜欢这个品牌的酒店，因为厨房设施齐全。非常干净，员工也非常友善。早餐不错，可以找到足够的食物来填饱肚子。床很舒服，但不是最好的。浴室干净现代。泳池虽然不大，但非常适合忙碌一天后泡个澡。
我们一家——两个大人，两个小孩——在卡罗温兹酒店住了两晚，度过了一个愉快的周末。
优点：房间干净，离公园很近，而且我们很喜欢这里的咖啡。
缺点：早餐不怎么样，床非常不舒服，而且有一张床完全没有枕头。
我们要了四次枕头，但一直没收到——有一次，礼宾员递给我一个枕套和一叠床单，让我“发挥创意”。哈哈。什么？！谢天谢地，我们的孩子们带了他们的软糖。
我们不会再住这里了。
入住酒店时，我们受到了热情的接待，房间看起来也很棒。放下行李后，我们很快就对酒店的服务和空调系统感到失望。前台接待人员服务态度很差，似乎人手不够。我们需要一个枕头，但因为枕头已经售罄，我们一直没能拿到。酒店大厅里弥漫着难闻的气味。尽管我们要求客房服务，但他们却没有提供。我们不得不去前台拿干净的毛巾，因为我们房间里的毛巾上沾满了污渍。总而言之，我对这家酒店很失望。
住宿体验极佳
非常近，开车2分钟即可到达卡罗温兹游乐园。酒店配备室外游泳池、全尺寸冰箱、双头电炉、餐具、洗碗机、烤面包机和咖啡壶。早餐供应时间为周一至周五早上6:30至9:30，周末早上7:00至10:00。此外，酒店还提供免费洗衣房和健身房。前台还出售零食和其他小商品。我强烈推荐这家酒店。
