The front desk was not very helpful, The person was not able to get me a taxi. When I said I don't believe this is Hyatt and you were getting get me a taxi. Her excuse was even worse. " No one is using taxi anymore, everybody is using Uber", but I DON"T. I ended up turning on the international call service on my phone to get a taxi, and that costed me 25 $ and I was late for my meeting.

The description of the room. It said assessible but that only included the bath tub. The toilet eas like a paint can, however when we spoke up, we were moved to a lovely suite! The pillows were awful
