Bathroom shower and floor needed to have the grout cleaned. Wifi didn't work when we first checked in. The facility doesn't seem to be well maintained. Broken tile on flooring etc.

我最近入住贵酒店期间，第一天就反映浴室镜前灯坏了。前台告诉我，需要两名工程师来更换灯泡，他们当天下午晚些时候才能到。然而，当天晚上我再次入住时，得到的解释却是一样的，只有一名工程师在岗。
遗憾的是，在我入住期间，酒店每天都重复这个借口，问题始终没有得到解决。我不得不一直待在昏暗的灯光下化妆，这既令人沮丧又不方便。第二天，酒店提供了一面化妆镜，但它也没有亮，虽然它有放大功能，但效果不大。
当我向酒店经理反映此事时，他们告诉我，由于我是通过Orbitz预订的，他们无法直接为我提供帮助，我需要通过贵酒店的网站进行投诉。我对这个回复感到很失望，因为我原本以为酒店会解决维护问题，无论预订方式如何。
鉴于这次经历，我不确定以后是否会通过 Orbitz 预订行程，因为我知道这类问题可能无法得到妥善处理或解决。
这个持续存在的问题严重影响了我的住宿体验，也反映出 Orbitz 缺乏后续跟进，而这本来应该是一个简单解决方案。
首先我要说的是，大部分员工都很有礼貌，有时甚至还挺乐于助人。但当我连续开了三个小时车，筋疲力尽地到达时，情况就并非如此了。
需要进行一些重大翻新。我房间的浴缸排水不畅，走廊也很脏。晚上能听到一切动静。工作人员态度很好。
非常安静，非常适合休息。
