I checked in after 23:00 as I indicated to the reception earlier. I catched the first mosquito immediately after entering my room and in every hour thereafter another 1-2 ones, so my badly needed sleep had gone.
Breakfast (8:30): in mid-July one can expect some fresh fruits, but non was available. Otherwise the hotel was in good condition at nice location.

The hotel was renovated, it has spacious rooms (mine had a nice view), staff is friendly, but a few obvious weaknesses: - breakfast quite poor, - there are stairs between the reception and the lifts (!), - very long process as invoices are made manually. All in all, certainly currently the best in town, but how long will it be maintained?

We had a great stay at this recently renovated hotel. Very comfortable room, bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was very modern, with a shower that worked very well! But above all, the staff were superb, really tried their best to make our stay memorable.

Now the hotel is fully renovated, so please ignore the bad reviews. The room and bathroom are great, modern, so do not hesitate to book this hotel while you are in Slatina. The breakfast is very good, also. They have a spa, so do not hesitate to try it!
