You and I had spoken several times when renewing your room numerous times during your stay and I personally recall asking you each time if you guys needed anything at all for your room. Also, we did all we could to extend you the time that you needed to get reservations and or funds for the stay situated. My apologies if you found myself or any of the staff here anything but hospitable. Also, we have stopped allowing employees to smoke by the front door. 入住办理简直是一场噩梦。不知为何,Trip.com 没有完成支付,酒店竟然让我重新支付!我联系了 Trip.com,Joyce 帮了我很多,但她尝试联系酒店时,却一直没人接听。最终,一个根本不在前台的人联系了 Trip.com,支付才算成功。整个过程足足花了45分钟。他们的自助机系统也不太好用,很难听懂对方说什么,而且效率非常低。好不容易分到房间后,房卡竟然刷不开。对了,他们还告诉我房间没有 WiFi 和电视。
不过,床很舒服,空调效果也非常好。淋浴是那种节水型的。总的来说,房间还行。如果入住办理顺利,并且有 WiFi 的话,我本该会比较满意的。
有一群醉汉在停车场徘徊,坐在楼梯上。早餐有和我们入住时一样的几个不新鲜的百吉饼。厕所冲水不畅。无缘无故地堵塞。地板又粘又滑。不得不一直穿着鞋。因为地板太脏了。咖啡壶里全是咖啡渣和陈咖啡,因为有人不知道如何使用它,所以没有咖啡。找不到一个真正在整个地方的人,所以我可以向他们展示问题所在。房间里闻起来有陈旧的香烟和陈旧的啤酒的味道。非常糟糕
他们从来不在前台,也从来不做任何客房服务。我们离开一天后再回来,发现床单没有换,旧毛巾还在门外。我知道那是假期,但这不是不把工作做得出色的理由。这不是一次糟糕的经历,但质量也不高。

无障碍客房:没有衣柜,电视很难打开(输入问题),地板很滑,房间内的咖啡机只能插在浴室(接地插头),早餐区不干净/维护不佳。我不喜欢自助服务亭办理入住手续。酒店看起来很破旧,尽管光线充足。
我们在这里住了将近一个星期,这一个星期我们一次都没有得到客房服务。由于“系统问题”,我们不得不每天多次重新激活钥匙卡。所有工作人员都在吸烟,所以整栋楼都有烟味。镇上不安全的地方,Uber 非常不稳定。不安全,司机和驾驶条件都不好,酒店附近没有步行范围内的食物或便利设施。工作人员不友好,有时甚至粗鲁。老实说,只建议在紧急情况下入住。虽然会给你一个坏地方和一个睡觉的地方,但不会是一段愉快的时光。
