The staff were very helpful. The room itself was ok, but there were many areas that are showing their age. Peeling paint, the shower had a removable shower head and the hook was broken so it was difficult to adjust the direction of water flow. Outside, the grounds were poorly kept.
All that being said, i would likely return if i were in the area and needed a room

Decent for the Money
Easy Parking off the highway, helpful front desk, okay breakfast; waffle maker and yogurt outside of the usual bread, cereal and muffins, coffee was of the instant variety. Might stay there again due to familiarity.

This hotel has really gone downhill it neds to be updated badly. I make this trip every year but I won’t be staying here again

Room Key fab kept not working. Never got any paper work. I over paid deposit by a dollar which they kept. The workers appear to be living there.

I got downgraded to a queen room because of the no elevator and I could not haul my huge suitcase upstairs.. the bed was not comfortable

I had the accessible accommodations room, however, the shower chair is not ADA approved and the shower head would not move. The bathroom smelled moldy, which lingered into the room itself. The mattress was like sleeping on a pull out couch, bumpy and no support. Breakfast selection was limited, ultimately I choose to skip this. Area was ok, and the staff interaction was limited, but the night worker seemed nice. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here last summer and chose it again. It is a very good stay at a reasonable price. I had a problem opening a door with my key and the clerk came immediately to fix the problem.

Unkept, bugs, + blood stains
We put this day late in the evening as we had to stop here in our road trip. We checked in just before 11 PM, honestly as a last resort it seems like the nicest place in the area. Mistake. Upon arrival into our room, the room had a strange smell And felt humid. The AC did end up working, but didn’t get light. The street lights in the parking lot shine through our room all night long making it difficult to rest. The room was dingy with stain walls and chipped paint. I killed two bugs in the bathroom. When we fold the back our bed to sleep our sheets, had a blood stain in the middle of it. Thankfully we booked a queen bed with two beds so we were table to double up in one. We were so tired that we did not have the energy to swap rooms or hotels. We slept for 5 hours and got up to leave. We would NEVER recommend this stay to anyone.

酒店回复: We do not have bugs in the rooms. Also there is no way the sheets had blood stains on it. You should let us know when checked in to the room not after check out. We would give you different room or refund if you told us after check-inn because we can not do anything after you stay for night and trying for refund.
