Front desk staff was friendly. Bed comfortable but pillows were awful. King bed had four small, poor condition pillows. Bathroom was very dated and small.

酒店有些年头了,房间设施比较古老,卫生条件一般,早餐也是一般,但在这个小镇已经算比较好的了,而且我们是旺季来的,房间都满了。我们入住后发现,有一个床的床品没有铺,前台的小哥来了几趟才把床品拿好,然后让我们自己铺床了,毕竟夜间没有housekeeping的人员值班,没办法了。
我们到达时,房间里弥漫着一股浓重的空气清新剂味。我们用空调驱散了这股气味,但空调噪音很大,而且发出咔哒咔哒的声音——整晚每次开机都会把我们吵醒,第二天我们累得筋疲力尽。床单、被子和床罩(见图)都沾满了污渍。这家酒店似乎正在走下坡路。经理只说了声“抱歉”,却没有对投诉做出任何回应。我们还会再来住的。
在这里的住宿体验还不错。由于前面的人搞不清楚情况,办理入住花了更长的时间。可怜的前台经理排了很长的队,电话响个不停,却没有人提供帮助。房间大小合适,特大床很舒服。我们住在角落房间,面向侧面停车场的窗户坏了。它锁不上,所以当我们打开空调试图降温时,很多热空气进来了。浴室有些老旧,但还可以。浴缸里的排水闩锁除非你按住它,否则无法保持下去,所以你最终只能站在脏兮兮的淋浴水中。早餐很一般。对于无麸质饮食的人来说,可以选择酸奶或燕麦片。我两种都吃了,但如果至少有一种麦片是无麸质的(比如 Cheerios)就好了。我已经习惯了没有无麸质面包,所以没关系。我们退房的时候前台没有人,否则我会直接和他们反映这个问题。但总体来说,住宿体验很好,很方便,而且物有所值。
没有电梯!空调(噪音很大)附近的墙壁肮脏、发霉,还有霉点。早餐选择有限,比如詹姆士迪恩的冷冻蛋麦满分。无线网络速度极慢,而且不安全。
