The onsite manager was rude & we waited an hour while he was training someone. Room did not have accommodations we requested so we checked out of the hotel & they didn’t give us a refund. Worse experience ever!

Clean room, however heating system was noisy and couldn't hear tv without increasing volume. Was afraid it would bother room adjacent to mine. Breakfast was good, staff working the breakfast weren't too friendly. Front desk check-in was friendly.

I wasn’t too impressed of the hotel for the price. The door on the shower wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t open it. We had a king size bed and the pillows were so tiny. Staff was all friendly but just not worth the price

My mom and I stayed here for two nights visiting my son at UNC Charlotte. The beds were super comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here next time when I’m in the area.

酒店比较新，设施齐全，位置不错，靠近大学城，周围餐馆比较多。
这家酒店很棒，但我给我妹妹预订并支付了房费，结果他们还是向她收取了住宿费。我们现在不得不回头去处理，让他们退还其中一笔费用。
房间隔音不太好，晚上有高速公路和空调通风管道的噪音。简单的早餐9点就结束了。没有提供瓶装饮用水，需要饮用水得楼下小卖部自己购买。
