Clean room, however heating system was noisy and couldn't hear tv without increasing volume. Was afraid it would bother room adjacent to mine. Breakfast was good, staff working the breakfast weren't too friendly. Front desk check-in was friendly.

I wasn’t too impressed of the hotel for the price. The door on the shower wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t open it. We had a king size bed and the pillows were so tiny. Staff was all friendly but just not worth the price

My mom and I stayed here for two nights visiting my son at UNC Charlotte. The beds were super comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here next time when I’m in the area.

They falsely charged me for breakfast and now I’m having to fight for a refund. I have called the hotel only to be told to call back at inconvenient times. I can’t get anyone with authority to refund me for breakfast I was told was included in the price but after seeing the brown bananas and fruit flies, we left and went to Starbucks. Do not trust this Hyatt Place, typically they are ok, but not this Charlotte one….
