Everything was great. Very comfortable room with great view of the lake. Nice patio to see the sun come up.
Food was very good at all the restaurants.
We ate breakfast st the Oakwood. I felt bad for the waitress as she was the only one working all the tables. She did a fantastic job.

Everything was wonderful at this 4 Star lakeside hotel! The staff, the rooms, 2 pools (indoor & outdoor) 2 restaurants, 2 bars...& the view of the lake! My Birthday Dinner at the Oakwood Restaurant (at the Hotel) was one of the best meals I've had (dining out) in a very long time! I had the Crispy Skin Salmon w/Farrow & Beets. Although I was skeptical, based on the description.. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Everything from our Craft Cocktails, warm & freshly baked Rolls, Apps & Entrees were Fantastic! All 6 of us agreed!

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Had breakfast both mornings and each time delicious. Walked along the lake in the morning for a nice view.

Great time at the Heidel House
Great location with a fun atmosphere. Would recommend for any type of group, especially those playing at Lawsonia.

We have been coming to the Heidel House for 30 years.
Your recent improvements are very impressive. The room upgrades, formal dining, and service upgrades are especially spectacular.

Beautiful grounds, poor customer service
The ceiling in our room leaked when it rained. Maintenance left our ice bucket under it for the night which was fine, but when I needed to wash the clothes that were wet from the leak they charged for detergent and charged to use the washer. For a resort this nice the coffee is terrible (please do better than powdered creamer). Also it’s a small thing but every other hotel we stayed at during this trip (5 total) provided ice water in the lobby and free 24h coffee (with real creamer).

3 Day Getaway!
Beautiful hotel, excellent and inviting lobby/ longe/ bar area.
Room very nice, bathroom nice, sink vanity should have a bottom shelf added for towels so that you don’t take up counter space.
Next time we’ll bring our own pillows, room pillows bumpy and uncomfortable.

Carpet next to the air conditioner was wet. Add breakfast there was condensation leaking from the ceiling. Staff was very accommodating and very nice. Overall, it was just an OK stay.

Luxurious Getaway
Beautiful views of Green Lake. 2 nice restaurants, one a casual bar on the water serving lunch and dinner. The other a upscale restaurant ber and breakfast. Coffee lounge was very nice. Our room was spacious with frig and microwave. Indoor pool and hottub was inviting. We want to return in summer to use the outdoor pool. Cute boutique shop too. Relaxing weekend getaway!
