The room was neglected. Dirty, sheets were dirty, shower door was broken, it smelled bad, there was no sheets for the sofa bed.

First 2 rooms were occupied and 3rd room had no sheets, beard hair in sink, pee on toilet and live fleas. Do not stay here!!!

The hotel location was very good. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping and places to buy gas. Staff was cordial and responsive - a score of 96. Didn’t visit laundry room but I observed someone wshing clothes. It was clean. The room was very clean but I could notice a hint of “stale” air - not over powering. The fan in the bathroom was a little loud - score for the room 95. The breakfast bar was delicious - the overseer keep the area cleaned and stocked. She came to our table to see if we needed anything and explained in detail about the services. I think her name was Mary - the morning of October 9. She gets a score of 96. Overall, I give your hotel a score of 95.6. Thank you so much for your services. ❤️

Everything was great except the curtains in the bedroom were dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky too. Overall it was a great experience.
