Bed & Breakfast at Oliver Phelps is a beautiful and welcoming property. The house is gorgeous and it really feels like stepping back in time. Karin is a wonderful host and the breakfasts are amazing. We had a wonderful time. Want to note there are a lot of steps.

The property was very pretty inside and out! All of the guest rooms are on the second floor. Our room was a cheerful yellow with the most comfortable queen bed that we ever stayed in away from home. Our room was cozy and furnished with a dresser and two night stands, two side chairs, and a desk and chair. It was perfect for us. The bathroom had a very large shower with two seats and very nice toiletries. Our room had one window facing the backyard (west) and one window facing the side yard (south). It was so bright and clean and quiet, no noise from the parking area or the road. I also saw two of the other four rooms, and they were much larger but I really liked our room best because it was cozy. Breakfast was amazing each day, with a variety of egg dishes, belgian waffle, english muffin, bacon, and a fruit dish as a starter. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water was available 24/7 in the dining room along with homemade cookies and pineapple cake. We could come and go as we pleased, using the door code to enter the house. Definitely going back!

Very pleasant stay, definitely recommend

We were there for just a single overnight stay but it was a totally enjoyable experience. Charming setting, warm and friendly host, very comfortable and spotless room, and a delicious breakfast complete with descriptions of the items and the use of lots of locally sourced ingredients.

Karin is an excellent hostess. The B & B is stunning but it’s Karin’s thoughtful touches that made our experience so exceptional. From her recommendations for daily activities, the sweets that are left out with the most fabulous iced tea and the AMAZING home cooked breakfast every morning made this a place that we’d go back to over and over again!

Convenient to town with restaurants, winery, breweries and live music. Had booked a queen room. The room was on the 2nd floor and was very small - no dressers or bed stands, but a closet, fireplace, chair and reading lamp. The bath was almost the size of the bedroom with a claw tub and shower. The downstairs area was spacious with tasteful decor and a beverage station with cookies. A fridge and freezer with ice is available for guests. Breakfast was excellent. The hostess was very friendly with area trivia and places to go. If it wasn’t for the very small bedroom, it is a 5 star. Thank you!

Beautiful home with many historic features like arched doorways with beautiful thick moulding. All the modern luxury in old world charm. Very delicious breakfasts and welcoming and super helpful hostess.

We really enjoyed our stay. Karin, the owner was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were large and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room had a tv, fridge, wifi, and a very comfy bed. The bathroom had everything we needed and the property had great parking and lots of space to spread out. Will definitely stay again when we visit the area.
