Just off the highway so super convenient. Right next to a gas station, Amatos and a Dunkin. The check in sesh is clean and inviting, with Halloween decorations. The front desk staff was super friendly. The room is a different story. The walls oringinally looked like concrete which is often more sound proof…they are in fact, drywall but bubbly due to dampness. The bedding looks clean but the closer I look there is hair intertwined into the fleece blanket. Maybe just the sheets are cleaned? I had to dust the top of the head board because it was covered in dust. The bathroom is what you might expect for the price. The taps are shotty. The hot water tap in our shower is loose. Still functions though. I am trying not to think about it…it will do the job.

Easy to get to. Checkin and checkout was smooth. The room was clean and ready when we got there. Staff is friendly. Furniture is a little outdated, heater is very loud and toilet is loud when flushed.

Another Solid Stay (But Request a Higher Floor!)
This was our second time staying at here for a three-day family trip with my husband and kids, and overall, it remains a safe and comfortable choice for the area.
Room Experience: Comparing Stays
Our biggest difference between this visit and our first was the room location. Our first-floor room this time was noticeably noisier—not terrible, but certainly a step down from the absolutely silent experience we had on the second floor during our last stay. If tranquility is a priority, I highly recommend asking for a room on a higher floor.
The room itself was smaller than our previous one, but still comfortable and well-appointed for our family. The beds are comfortable, though I found the mattress to be on the softer side.
Food and Amenities
We found the food to be decent and satisfying, but the offerings were exactly the same each day. For a four-day stay, a little variety would have been appreciated. That being said, the hotel is well-maintained and we always felt safe on the property.
Overall: A great, safe hotel, but for the best experience, try to secure a room on the second floor or higher to avoid potential noise. We would likely stay here again!

I already expressed the security issues but didn’t get any assistance from ******* or the hotel so not sure why you keep asking! Very upset & disappointed for no due process on your behalf.

房间里弥漫着一股烟味，电视遥控器坏了，去了两次办公室才修好。我们房间附近的楼梯早晚都挤满了客人，噪音很大。清洁人员竟然趁我们在洗衣房洗衣服上的烟味时来打扫我们的房间——而且当时我们还在使用房间，还没有退房，甚至还没到退房时间。
浴室淋浴坏了，我没法给两个孩子洗澡，因为水温忽冷忽热，反复不间断。免费早餐不错，但种类略少。工作人员非常友好，尤其是我7月26日晚上7点左右到达时，那里的那位女士非常热情友好。
