有历史感和艺术氛围的酒店，服务很好。免费到机场接机，15分钟到达酒店。酒店安静干净，早餐也可以。值得推荐。

如果您喜欢奢华和古董，这里是绝佳的下榻之选。
酒店建筑历史悠久，特色保存完好。房间干净整洁。晚餐非常新鲜，早餐也同样美味！
法压壶冲泡的尼泊尔本地咖啡也很好喝。
员工态度极佳，彬彬有礼！住在这里真是令人心情愉悦！
酒店整体与描述一致，干净整洁，服务周到。特别值得称赞的是酒店的工作人员，他们热情且尽职尽责。加德满都罢工期间，因难以打到车前往机场，工作人员主动帮忙联系当地司机，确保我顺利赶上了航班，实在令人感动。由衷感谢他们的帮助。如果下次再来，一定还会选择入住这家酒店。
这次住宿至少可以说非常棒。由于计划有变，我们决定延长住宿，并且没有再考虑其他地方。工作人员非常灵活，考虑到我们深夜航班和随后的延迟退房，并在价格上给予了我们帮助。
这家酒店确实是一家精品酒店。
早餐很好。我们本来也不需要太多，所以对我们来说，已经远远超出了我们的需求。每天都会有一些小小的变化。
保洁阿姨每天都会把房间打扫得一尘不染。总的来说，如果你有任何需要，工作人员都会非常乐于助人，随时准备提供帮助。
从地理位置上看，酒店离泰米尔区和其他旅游区的喧嚣有点远，但离景点又足够近。
最后但同样重要的是，我们比原计划晚到了，所以免费提供的接机服务非常方便实用。
设施和早餐不能和国内比，就是专门感受不一样的味道，请一定预定最好的且唯一的套房，否则你将失去入住这家酒店的意义。
风景绝佳，酒店也很棒。但餐饮方面需要改进。给酒店管理层的建议是：去湖边码头尝尝那里的食物，然后照着做吧！
对服务非常失望，卫生间没有热水（坏了/不能用），然后晚上空调也坏了，尽管我们投诉了，但他们没有立即给我们换房间，而是让我们一直待在同一个房间，直到第二天他们才修好空调。其他员工都非常乐于助人。早餐很好，我很喜欢他们提供的免费机场接送服务。
确实比较古朴优美，入住了heritage 套房，氛围感是有的，隔壁就是中国大使馆
早饭和其他三星酒店比一般般，没有提供拖鞋，插头是当地的，得主动找前台借用充电头，否则他们想不到
房间已经比较简陋破旧了，在一条不起眼的巷子里，不是很好找。服务可以说基本没有。一分钱一分货。保安大叔挺可爱的
这家酒店位置还可以，这一点很方便，设施也很新~前台服务态度也很友好亲切，这里离机场也很方便，打车60分钟就到了!如果有延迟退房的需求，提前告诉前台中午也不会打电话到房间询问，前台还有免费自助茶点24小时提供，可以来感受一下有机会还会再来的~！
