What was supposed to be a joyous occasion ( 80th birthday celebration) was spoiled by the poor ( total lack of ) management at Klein Eden. Prices quoted for the game drive was hiked up when we paid , with the only explanation given “ I made a mistake “. We also got charged extra for the wood used to do the lamb on the rotisserie braai. Not to mention the poor quality of our bungalow. Not even a bar of soap supplied. The only light in the dark was Boytjie ( the porter, chef, barman, game driver , maintenance man etc ) . This venue is definitely not worth the money.

Great venue, excelent for peace of mind and getting connected to nature in a way you've never experienced before. Food is excellent and service was very good. Staff is very helpful. Swimming pool was clean and very nice to cool off during the hot afternoons. Will recommend!!!
