地理位置太方便了，步行到地铁站仅5分钟。房间干净整洁到一尘不染。床品舒适度高，一夜好眠。前台员工英语流利，服务热情周到，主动帮忙预约餐厅。自助早餐品种丰富，这个价位能享受到如此品质，性价比无敌！无论是商务出行还是旅游都强烈推荐。【ps】酒店对面大楼可以直接到顶楼免费观景！
这几次东京行都选在这家店了，虽然属于神奈川县了，但与蒲田只差一站，羽田机场过来比住东京中心还方便，周边各种商场，吃食足够吃吃买买。距离JR，京急站都很近。正值银杏黄时节，门口便道上的银杏落叶凭添几份亮色。早餐对于我不喜欢西式的胃，实在不过瘾。其实不含早餐，自己出去寻觅点儿更合适。令人难忘的是在这里经历了青森地震的一个不眠之夜，高楼层的晃动明显，但是感觉房子抗震能力足够，三十年前经历过阪神地震 没有那么担心。但是家人的惦记催促，我还是连夜改签机票，提前返回了。无论携程还是酒店都表示理解配合提前二天退房了

酒店距离川崎站和LaCITTA都在徒步可及的范围内，沿途有不少便利店。
携带大型行李时可以临时借用大堂的手推车上电梯，这一点很好。
本来想抱怨一句房间小得不行，但类似的房间住得多了反而觉得见怪不怪了...
早餐是和一楼的咖啡店合作，凭券自选一份早餐，可以选择打包带走，看到早餐门市价顿时感觉不选最贵的那个就亏了。
卫生好，离川崎站很近，走几步就是商业街，去东京各种地方都很方便，比住东京实惠多了还住的中心，去哪里都快
四次日本几十天的住宿中 最差的 首先 给我的房间与我定的不一致 然后 携程补了我钱 那就算完了 结果 晚上喝酒回来 我的房门打不开 然后我到前台问我的房间号 给我另外一间（估计是携程投诉后他们又给了符合订单的） 然后我发现房间没我行李 护照呢？钱哪？咋回国啊，顿时脑袋嗡嗡嗡嗡 本来酒喝多了 垃圾 然后 又住回原来的房间 女经理送我上去房间的 让我把那女经理一顿教育 然后 第二天发现 她拿走了我的入住单和早餐券（上面有房号和发出这个单子的时间） 说是拿走了 实际上是偷走了！！ 因为 未经我同意拿走属于我自己的东西。然后她们写了一份致歉信 赛在我门下 但是罔顾事实 说是因为清洁工没锁好我原来入住的房间 是我走错了 这让我深刻理解到了日本人 说是道歉 却罔顾事实 如同他们对待侵华和南京屠杀事实 他们绝不会承认是自己的错误 我就问：你为什么偷走我的入住单？偷走我的入住单，就可以污蔑说我走错了房间。住过日本酒店的人都知道，那门会自动落锁的 绝不是我们那种门没关好 会一直开着的 这一点让我非常气愤 下午两点多近三点办理的入住 我一口酒都没喝 我会走到不是我自己的房间里去住？这逻辑说的通吗？我又不是没付过钱 我付豪华双床大房间 你给我小房间 （我当时就联系了携程反映 携程补偿我了差价） 我不需要别人同情我的遭遇 我只是告诉你 你如果愿意日本人这样对待你 去住这间酒店吧 体会一下日本的坏人 多一份体验
多次利用，十分感谢，房间卫生一如既往干净整洁，周边交通便利，虽然空间略微狭小，但对于一人来说已经足够，以后会再次利用！
入住时机器给的是最后面的角落房间，一进去房间很不舒服，立马到前台要求换靠近电梯的房间，搞了很久才勉强给出一间房，床太软不好睡。以后宁愿订隔壁的东衡INN.
带着父母们和老婆一起家庭游，考虑到去镰仓小田原，以及东京横滨。川崎作为居住地非常便利，相铁inn我给10分。希望酒店老板看到评论，也多给员工加点薪资。
