早餐真的很赞 比较推荐西式的早餐 有中文菜单
酒店的装饰风格比较古风
如果可以配备USB或者Type c的充电就更好
酒店的服务员非常有礼貌
酒店有点老了,但是还是维护的挺好的。喜欢可以坐着化妆的梳妆台,让身体轻松了不少。没有中国服务人员,但有个日本小姐姐努力学习了中文,好评。
原本就比较老旧的酒店灯光还非常的暗,房间布局局促,设施宛如80年代初三四线城市的招待所。房间内一股霉味混合着樟脑丸的气息,让人觉得有种说不出的难受恶心,说是可以使用行政酒廊,但那个在四楼的所谓行政酒廊就是大众吃早餐的地方,环境狭小食物少的可怜,楼层矮给人压抑感非常重。服务两星是给来自越南的研修生小妹妹,她的服务特别温暖。再去高松肯定不会再选择这一家酒店
总的来说,酒店很干净,但房间没有USB充电口,而且空调是中央控制的,不能从制热调到制冷。我很感谢Trip.com的优质客服,因为虽然我的套餐包含了行政酒廊使用权,但酒店一开始却说没有。Trip.com主动联系我,为这个误会道歉,这一点我很欣赏。
非常满意这次住宿,还能租到自行车,才300日元!位置也超级方便。
所有员工都很友善,设施也很干净!早餐和免费酒廊也很棒!
房间还不错,比当地其他酒店好多了。早餐有日、西两个选项
1.房间小震惊的是床底下居然有前面客人遗留用过的拖鞋和发绳还有灰.
2.枕头上有留下的血洗掉的痕迹。服务谈不上基本全自助,牙刷设备要自取.
3.早餐9点左右到没享受到.
除了前台小姐姐个子和脸还算可以其余真的太差了。
4.设施80年代复古
服务非常细致,周到。有点感动!
早饭也很好吃。
每次去高松都会选择入住这家酒店。工作人员非常友善,地理位置也绝佳。我特别喜欢楼道里的香味!每次我都会选择带酒廊礼遇的房型,总是能在这里悠闲地享受时光,非常期待下次入住。以后还会再来的。
