Interesting concept and certainly worth a look. I had a one bed flat which was reasonably comfortable and well appointed. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and bonus, a full kitchen. Also a bonus, there's a full Longos supermarket downstairs. A few niggles. The TV selection was poor. Streaming only with no local TV or at least none I could find. Access to the building and the flat was complicated and not all that easy to use, or unfortunately reliable. The lock on the room was intermittent. Overall, a great location that's comfortable and secure with both tram and bus lines directly in front of the property. And a broad selection of good eateries in the neighbourhood.

We had a great 2 week stay and would definitely come back next year. Excellent location, professional staff (Malek and the lady who dropped some stuff off) and overall comfortable. But there is a minor issue and although not meant to distract from our otherwise excellent stay, it’s important to highlight it. Before we checked in, I enquirers about parking. There was very definitive message that there is no parking available in the area. And the only one is $40 flat at the location. . Anyone reading the message would think there is nothing else around and there is only one choice. Fortunately we didn’t book parking at the time. When we got there, it turned out the information was incorrect and bordering on misleading. There is plenty of convenient and cheaper parking available. We had visitors and when I asked about parking for 2-3 hours on Sonder’s chat, there was very definitive response - only option is $40 flat and “sadly no street parking available”. This is grossly incorrect. In the Impark parking lot attached to the building, there is convenient parking at $3 per hour with first hour free. I checked street parking - plenty around. My point is Sonder should not be so definitive when they are factually wrong. But again, this is a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.

This was our first experience of using Sonder and everything went smoothly. The app worked fine, the apartment was clean and well equipped, and the location was good. The only thing I found a little odd is that you have to pay extra if you want the apartment to be cleaned but this wasn't an issue for a short stay.
