Just spent three nights at Toronto’s The Elm apartments. We had the one bedroom King bed unit #202. Lovely unit, well stocked, had all the required amenities and then some lose to downtown and directly outside of the hospital district. Will definitely stay again while in Toronto.

This place is extremely worn out, and is in dire need of repairs in some cases. I wrote a review under an old email by accident, but would like to place the review here under this ID, since I have a number of reviews contributed here. I would like others to know that this is a real review by a real person who has contributed to TripAdvisor before and that this Sonder was not a good place to stay.

Ideally located in downtown Toronto...easy access, clean space and comfy beds...plenty of space for 2 couples...great 24 hr. convenience store located below the Sonder. Jimmy's Coffee down the street makes a fantastic brew!!!

Laundry and dryer in my hotel room. Better than any hotel in Toronto. Huge apartment. Huge bed. Fast Wi-Fi. Booked directly through sonder app and got a bigger discount. Stayed at many sonder locations around the world and I love this company. Me and my wife only stay w sonder now. Amazing. Highly recommend

After a trying journey from the airport at about 9 pm what we didn’t need to see was a front door which knocked you off the step when you opened it, and a flight of concrete steps up to our accommodation and no lift! Probably something we’d missed in the description, (we’ve checked and it was mentioned) but nonetheless disheartening! Once inside we were pleasantly surprised- the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. We had already experienced the Vancouver Sonder at Revival and its vast entrance area was in stark contrast, but the accommodation was basically the same and just as good The only small criticism we could mention was that we were expecting full sets of mugs and cutlery, but they were not complete. A couple of teaspoons would have been welcome! On the whole we’ve had a good time here,
