酒店环境非常好，适合休闲度假。从酒店到会安古城有班车，主要集中在傍晚和晚上，方便出行。早餐非常丰盛，靠窗的座位可以看太阳。
必须要赞同的是酒店服务很不错，特别是礼宾的一位同事（全名我没记住，但是开头是H，还和我们分享他女朋友在Furama工作）
但是酒店的设施设备确实有很大提升空间，我理解到了重大节假日很忙，但这些问题确实不应该出现：
（1）订的大床，入住的时候告诉我们是双床，签字确认单也是双床，虽然前台又解释了是大床，但最后去了房间其实就是俩双床拼成一张大床。不仅因为双床拼一起导致床离床头柜超级远，而且床中间的缝隙极大，但凡要往中间点睡就一定会陷下去，睡觉真的超级不舒服。床是拼一起了，但是睡觉必须得像双床那样隔得很开。结果退房时，借口是告诉我们也许是入住时没有大床了，所以双床拼成了大床
（2）门缝很大，也许是门板没有牢固，门口有一道非常明显的缝，里面的人走来走去一清二楚，且因为这一道缝，我去试验过，根本不需要大声说话，门里面都能用的一清二楚。（我有视频，但是我就不分享在平台上了）
（3）厕所无排风，每次洗完澡我感觉我都在蒸桑拿
（4）其余的空调问题都是小问题
有用的信息图片给大家参考吧，十分十分十分偏远，想躺平的来，岘港旅游的别住这里，出行十分不方便，门口小超市价格大概是正常物价的三倍，早餐还可以，午餐和晚餐酒店的品类很少，叫grab外卖选择很少，离会安15分钟车程，只能去会安吃，酒店几乎没有任何娱乐，只有网球和健身房，喜欢在酒店躺平当我没说，酒店在会安河的入海口，所以海水很浑浊，服务人员还算热情，泳池很浅，大概1.1m，spa价格偏贵，价格在图片里，阳台入住的时候有蟑螂，泳池水并不清澈。
这家酒店能拥有这样一支极其友善乐于助人的团队真是太幸运了！我因为预订网球教练和遗失物品的事情“麻烦”了前台好几次。他们都非常专业且出色地处理了所有问题。瑞享会安酒店的所有团队成员都做得非常棒，表现出色。
我特别感谢前台工作人员，尤其是两位女士（一位留着短发，一位长发戴眼镜）和一位男员工（他于10月1日深夜热情地接待了我们）！
我真的很喜欢在那里的住宿体验。泳池非常棒，天气也无可挑剔。我最喜欢的一点是他们提供早餐直到上午11点！如果非要挑剔的话，我会说房间的装饰有点过时了。但这只是唯一一个小小的、可以改进的不足之处。
我们非常享受在这里的住宿体验。这是我们住过最好的别墅，目前为止。从每个人那里都得到了顶级的服务，特别是Cherry和Hoa。住两个晚上根本不够，我们一定会再来的。
订的三个房间的别墅，屋内干净整齐，酒店里边环境非常好，酒店位置稍微有些偏僻，周围商业几乎没有，出了酒店对面有个小超市。适合玩儿酒店的，在里边待着就不出来了。打车去会安古镇吃饭，路程大概需要20-30分钟，酒店也提供摆渡车到会安古镇，需要提前预约座位。别墅自带泳池，泳池前边不远就得沙滩，很方便。酒店也有个非常大的泳池，酒店的泳池更好玩儿一些。早餐种类多很丰富，餐厅座位也多而且营业到11点。酒店内部环境优美，绿化多，所以晚上会有一些小飞虫，壁虎之类的小动物。但是并不是什么大问题，酒店整体环境设施都非常好
住了两晚，酒店很棒，非常喜欢这里的氛围。员工也很友好——特别感谢登记入住柜台的Cherry女士和餐厅的Hai先生，以及所有团队成员。海滩就在泳池前面，非常方便。希望有机会能再来！
度假村太棒了！所有员工都很友好，我也跟着心情愉悦起来！房间也很干净、宽敞，我很喜欢~。
泳池和大海是连通的，所以可以直接去海边，很方便，泳池也管理得很好！🏊♀️
早餐真的非常好吃！☺️ 我通常是那种宁愿出去吃早餐或多睡一会儿的人，但这里的早餐太美味了，我竟然愿意为了它早起……哈哈。
交通稍微有点不便，但有穿梭巴士（需要在前台预约✨），而且以这个价位能住到这样的房间，交通不便也完全可以接受~。
我们在这里休息得很好，感谢！

无边泳池很出片，配合日出就更棒
酒店几乎是在会安的尽头，出行是要用车的。周边吃饭购物不方便。但因此也创造了极好的安逸条件，喜欢清净的可以冲，沙滩上除了住客没有外人，不会像公共沙滩那么拥挤，沙质也还不错
好像有拖尾沙滩但没有找到
这家酒店非常适合家庭入住，全程无忧。酒店位置虽然离市中心有点距离，但这恰好提供了放松身心所需的宁静。私人海滩非常漂亮整洁，我去的时候人也不多。
