This was honestly the best vacation we have ever had!!! Room was fantastic.Service was spectacular.Absolutely no complaints. Would offer the idea of having a small table on the patio for room service. As well as keeping the noise down at early morning hours. Other than that, thank you for a great time!

Although the staff was very friendly, the resort was lacking. I've stayed at other Secrets locations & this was definitely not 5 star. It was more like 3.5. The food (even with plenty restaurants) was lacking flavor in my opinion. Even with Preferred Club, only the alcohol options were better. It took 2 hours to get into my room, onlly after the 2 hours did they change my room. I wouldn't recommend if you've traveled and enjoy 5 star privileges, this is not that.

这家酒店很漂亮，但贵宾休息室没有高档酒水。Xhale 休息室也没有。就算他们有，也藏起来了。你几乎得主动问，他们才会说没有。绝对伏特加和百加得不算高档酒，但他们会在自己的俱乐部里销售唐胡里奥和帕特龙，供客人点酒。坎昆之魂酒店就完全不一样，那里有真正的高档酒水，体验好太多了。
我们住在酒店比较安静的一侧（Secrets），感觉非常完美。
工作人员非常出色，我们特别喜欢Luis在活动中的表现，以及他在Preferred Club酒吧的表现。
前两天，我们的应用程序出现了一点小问题，但之后解决了，他们甚至还补偿了由此带来的不便。
我们每次入住还可以享受一小时的水疗服务，最棒的是，水疗结束后还会提供一点按摩（包含在内）。
食物方面，没有什么缺点。我强烈推荐法国餐厅Coquette和他们的洋葱汤。简直太美味了。我们大部分的餐点都在Secrets独有的Rosewater餐厅享用。菜单种类丰富，工作人员也同样热情周到。
晚间表演非常精彩。
由于客人数量众多，躺椅和遮阳伞略显不足。我们结婚20周年纪念日那天还会再来！
