Although the staff was very friendly, the resort was lacking. I've stayed at other Secrets locations & this was definitely not 5 star. It was more like 3.5. The food (even with plenty restaurants) was lacking flavor in my opinion. Even with Preferred Club, only the alcohol options were better. It took 2 hours to get into my room, onlly after the 2 hours did they change my room. I wouldn't recommend if you've traveled and enjoy 5 star privileges, this is not that.

We love this resort. Food was good. Super nice atmosphere. The room was extremely nice. But will say the drinks were water down a lot most of the time you can tell there was no alcohol in them even when we asked. Also the resort doesn’t really have 14 full restaurants it was more like 6 full ones. The buffet wasn’t really to good. Resort isn’t really as open as expected but still really really nice! Looking forward to coming back!

Been to a decent amount of all inclusives and this one was my favorite! Quality food and decent drink especially on the secrets side. The only flaw was the beach but it seems to be more of a cancun problem vs this hotel…. I would recommend this place and will most likely be back

We loved our trip and appreciated that the staff made us feel special by celebrating our one year anniversary with us. We really appreciated the service from Urbano, Daniel and Luis! We also really loved the entertainment on the property such as shows, concerts and silent discos.

这家酒店很漂亮，但贵宾休息室没有高档酒水。Xhale 休息室也没有。就算他们有，也藏起来了。你几乎得主动问，他们才会说没有。绝对伏特加和百加得不算高档酒，但他们会在自己的俱乐部里销售唐胡里奥和帕特龙，供客人点酒。坎昆之魂酒店就完全不一样，那里有真正的高档酒水，体验好太多了。
我们住在酒店比较安静的一侧（Secrets），感觉非常完美。
工作人员非常出色，我们特别喜欢Luis在活动中的表现，以及他在Preferred Club酒吧的表现。
前两天，我们的应用程序出现了一点小问题，但之后解决了，他们甚至还补偿了由此带来的不便。
我们每次入住还可以享受一小时的水疗服务，最棒的是，水疗结束后还会提供一点按摩（包含在内）。
食物方面，没有什么缺点。我强烈推荐法国餐厅Coquette和他们的洋葱汤。简直太美味了。我们大部分的餐点都在Secrets独有的Rosewater餐厅享用。菜单种类丰富，工作人员也同样热情周到。
晚间表演非常精彩。
由于客人数量众多，躺椅和遮阳伞略显不足。我们结婚20周年纪念日那天还会再来！
