First of all, please accept my apologies for the lack of cleanliness and poor room condition.
I have checked the room with my Housekeeping manager and fixed the problems right after.
In addition, we have informed our housekeeping team about the importance of the guest room cleanliness and maintaining the condition in the meeting.
Also I would like to apologize for the inflexible service by Front staff and caused you an unexpected experience. I have discussed with my Front office manager and shared your experience amongst the front office team to understand what kind of action we should have taken by considering putting ourself into guest's shoes.
Lastly thank you very much for your recommendation of putting mineral water bottle in the guest room which we will review further, but please know that we use ultra-soft water that is pumped up from Ishigaki Island's groundwater and further refined. The ultra-soft water is pure water from which impurities have been removed, making it safe for even babies to drink and therefore we do not put mineral water bottle in the guest rooms.

石垣岛酒店在当地属于高端酒店,设施齐全,有泡汤,按摩,游泳馆等场所。房间明亮而且能看见大海。房间干净整洁,服务也非常周到细致。来石垣岛旅游度假此酒店是不二之选择👍
这家酒店地理位置优越,去市区非常方便。员工也很友好。酒店内设有一个旅游中心,非常棒,你可以轻松预订各种户外活动,不用担心交通安排。
酒店设施非常完善,有按摩店、纪念品商店、水疗中心和桑拿房、游泳池、酒吧和餐厅。你只需住在这里,就能享受到各种各样的便利设施。
酒店附近也有一些餐厅,为就餐提供了很好的选择。
我和男朋友在这家酒店住了两晚。酒店非常干净,还有温泉和泳池,简直太棒了!因为我们浮潜和游泳了,能在公共浴池里暖和身体真是太好了。从酒店打车到离岛码头大约700日元。我们两天都订了含早餐的房间,早餐种类丰富而且都很好吃,所以强烈推荐选择含早餐的套餐!如果下次再有机会来石垣岛,我们一定会再选择入住这家酒店的。
酒店地理位置不错,离石垣岛渡轮码头很近,参加水上活动的游客都在那里集合和解散。不过,主停车场车位总是爆满,而第二个停车场又有点远。泳池和日光浴甲板很棒,但泳池里全是小孩和他们的父母,根本没法好好游泳。泳池也开得比较晚,早上9点半才开,所以想早上早点游泳是不可能了。每天早上自助早餐餐厅排队的人特别多。我很喜欢酒店推出跳过客房清洁服务就能获得1000日元代金券这个举措。
对这家酒店非常满意。有游泳池、温泉,房间也很不错,早餐好吃,还有三崎牛肉烤肉。酒店门口就是巴士站,前台工作人员也很友好,所有这些都包含在内了。
第一次在日本住到那么脏的酒店!被套上都是不明的黄色斑痕!地毯也很脏墙纸也破了,整个房间让人一分钟也不想多待!不是自己带了一次性床单和毯子真的天都塌了!脏还不算服务也很差!房间里没有放置矿泉水打电话问了前台,前台居然和我说房间里就是不放矿泉水的(住了那么多酒店就没有不放免费的矿泉水的好吗?!)。然后餐巾纸用完了,打前台电话,竟然让我自己去前台拿?!!我真的惊到了,第一次在日本碰上这种酒店服气的。
而且房间隔音效果也很差!可以听到楼上脚步声隔壁用水的声音和走廊里别人说话的声音……真的很绝望
这是我第二次住这家酒店了。
上次来的时候印象非常好,所以这次又选了这家酒店。
房间比预想的要干净得多!空间也很合适,我们两个朋友住正好。
虽然浴室和厕所比较小,但因为有大浴场,所以一点也不觉得不方便!
选择了环保清洁(eco清扫),还得到了500日元的优惠券,在楼下的商店买了零食,感觉非常划算。
下次再来石垣岛的话,我还会选择住这里。

五年前住过这家酒店,印象非常好,服务人员友善,自助餐也很好。不知为什么现在自助餐差了很多,价格比之前高,但很不好吃。
这次住宿我们休息得非常好,非常适合家庭入住。酒店附近有很多美食,早餐也很棒。

去这里吧——但请记住:你需要一辆车或摩托车。你可以在15分钟内步行到市中心,但海滩很少。
想去海滩的话,请前往川平湾。
酒店提供前往富崎海滩的每日班车,非常方便!
员工非常友好。房间配备了你所需的一切(浴室;充电线;冰箱;可以直接饮用的自来水;等等)
早餐有很多西式选择(如果你需要的话)。
你可以选择清洁服务,也可以不选择。如果选择不打扫,你会收到一张酒店商店和咖啡馆的代金券。
我强烈推荐ART HOTEL。
