location for the tourist who want to stay in bandra , is good but very crowded. food is good and about amenities and services were not up to mark as compare to the money they charge .Lot of improvement is needed.

Badly managed washroom, ac not working, basic stuffs missing in the room like towel, soap, brush, everytime had to call them. I will not book this hotel in future

Not a good experience. Bedsheets were in bad condition. Whole night had bed bug bites. No tea/coffee service in hotel rooms. Hot water geyser not working. For 5000 per night, not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Okayish its a old hotel
staff is sweet and is ready to help but didnt meed the quality vs cost. Mmt charged 2k more i was better off getting directly. Also mm t cost and gst bill received there is amount diff.
这家酒店根本就不应该在携程上架，它的标准实在是太低了。我付了钱却没法住，因为房间太脏了，而且对外国人来说很不方便。我绝对不推荐任何人住这家酒店！！！
携程应该把它下架，我就是因为信任携程才预订的。

亲爱的旅客们，如果您正在阅读这篇评论，说明您们正在经历我们一生中最糟糕的住宿体验。这家酒店亟需彻底翻新，而且由于隔壁就是贫民窟，交通噪音巨大，酒店在解决异味和隔音问题上考虑不周。餐厅的清洁工作也做得一塌糊涂，房间里到处都是厚厚的灰尘。食物也并不美味。卫生状况极其糟糕，我亲眼看到他们洗杯子时竟然没有使用洗涤剂。投诉之后，房间也只是用水打扫了一下，没有使用任何洗涤剂。前台服务人员态度很好，但这家酒店根本不值得一提。浴室的镜子和马桶上仍然留有上一位客人的痕迹。我们强烈不推荐任何来孟买的旅客入住这家酒店。
