Every time housekeeping came in (rarely) the key card reset, we had to go down to the front desk. Sadly, they couldn’t care less. We found 2 roaches and again, couldn’t care less. No offer to change rooms or even an apology.

Location, Bed and TV were good, but we had a long list of things that weren't good.
Maintenance is sorely needed on this room.
We were locked out of our room for an hour because the door wouldn't recognize any keycards and 2 different people were called in to try to fix it.
The mini fridge is so cold it freezes everything, and our drink froze and broke the glass of the bottle
the toilet runs and you have to take the cover off and fix the water flap
the sink isn't on tight and the water doesn't get hot
the outside security light is turned to brightly shine inside the room
the breakfast is terrible. The 2nd day was even worse, as it was a reheated terrible breakfast from the 1st day.
The staff was nice but it's one of the few places I've been where the front desk does not wear any uniformed or branded clothing.

Very clean. The only negative is water from bathroom sink faucet was a very thin stream.Goid breakfast.

Sugar ants in room. Had to switch room three times. Last room 201 notified upon leaving, something wrong with coloring of roof maybe mold.

Sign at front desk. Our hotel is nonsmoking. My bathroom smelled like cicicigarettes with a rerked

我们入住的房间有潮湿和霉味，所以我们换了另一个房间。
