Guest Laundry unavailable and needed maintenance
We were here for a lacrosse tournament which means stinky uniforms and lots of dirty laundry. I specifically chose this hotel over other hotels because they had a guest laundry that I could wash my son's clothes since the tournament was all weekend with multiple games. I went to use the laundry facilities and the washing machine was broke. The dryer was working but that wasn't much help. I asked the front desk clerk if there was another laundry area in the hotel-she told me no that their maintenance guy quit and they were attempting to buy a new machine. She did tell me about a laundromat down the street-but I literally paid more money to stay at this hotel for the convenience of laundry facilities in the hotel. There was a lot of wear and tear in our room. The black out roller shade had holes and what looked like cuts all through it which obviously let in tons of sunlight and looked worse for wear. Also the shower curtain built in rings were either ripped off or big tears.

房间干净整洁，周边有大卖场Walmart，中餐馆，非常方便！以后继续！
酒店环境优美，空气清新，交通位置优越！ 就是酒店不主动帮忙打扫房间卫生，要和前台说。前面一联2天都没有注意这个事情，等到了第三天问了前台，才在前台那边看到一行字要主动去说！真是晕倒！！！这么大一个品牌酒店服务搞得想路边酒店一样！！！最吐槽的是早餐，住了5天，每天早餐都是一样的！！！一点没有变过！！！好歹也换一个水果或面包啥的。以前也住过这家酒店，都没有遇到过这样的情况！！！
我们周日早上下来吃早餐，发现厨房区域的选择非常有限。煎饼机坏了，我们多次要求加料，但它仍然没有补充。果汁机也出故障了，主食种类很少，我还可以列举更多问题。我们以前也住过这家酒店，但从未遇到过早餐供应如此糟糕的情况。希望考虑到现在的房价，早餐能成为重中之重！
房间很棒！第一天没有热水，后来前台告诉我们放水10-15分钟就会热，果然管用。房间里有Keurig咖啡机、微波炉和冰箱，这点很不错。早餐也超出了预期。
还可以，干净整洁。就是早餐选择太少。
房间比较新，风格是喜欢的风格
酒店很新很乾淨。
孩子太多了！他们围着我们跑来跑去，吵得我们不得安宁。一桌十个人在吃早餐。真不是我的菜！
