Very bad attitude towards customer . Was their on 6 march for weddings and accidentally I left my specs their in room. When left I realised and called to hotel and requested to confirm. They took almost 15 days to confirm and after that have forwarded my address to courier it on payable basis . After several calls and messages finally received parcel today packed in a paper . When opened both Glasses broken and entire alignment of specs has gone . Not the way to treat a customer when we have booked almost 10 rooms for marriage .

3rd class dirty bathrooms no service on time light issues very small room
blankets are not even properly washed smelling very bad

There were so many bedbugs 😱, and the staff was not cooperative. This time I am unhappy with this staff and room

In the morning in the washroom from all the taps hot water was coming. They resolved the issue in about 30mins but still this is not cool in a hotel.

Hotel is great
all services are awesome the food was delicious. For the outsider or visitors will not regret to stay here. Very popular hotel in dewas so well maintained room cleaning & hygiene is awesome but only one thing you have to 1st look that is room size
room size is little big smaller so 1st check room before stay.

The location of the hotel is good, room is average as per compared to tariff, food was ok, room service was good, room cleanliness and maintenance of infrastructure needs to be improved.
