The season officially ends at the end of September, so some facilities (including the pools and cafés) are already closed for maintenance and preparation for the next season. The stay was a disaster from the very beginning. To begin with, reaching the property through narrow village roads jammed with parked and moving back and forth to somehow avoid each other and reach the destination. Then reception staff not able explain Simple payment details in English. We had booked our stay or their website although they asked to pay in cash when we arrived, somehow the side couldn’t charge it from the card attached. However, in case of cancellation the manager explained they would charge from this exact card price for one night. It took about an hour to check in because of this. Now the room itself was not maintained in good condition. None of the power outlets near the beds worked. We had to disconnect TV and and take turns to charge. Bathroom was in the worst condition with toilet flush getting randomly stuck, water draining from the sink and the shower doors jamming, which ended up falling down on me leaving me with multiple injuries and pieces of broken glass stuck in my feet. Before that my friend fell unconscious on the ground soon after having breakfast( food poisoning not confirmed by ER tests). Yet, she was not able to rest because all the hotel stuff had to walk into the room after the incident. Thus, even the area is good , poor management made our stay into pain, spending the whole time in the room with terrible headache and bandages. The hotel management offered us an extra day of stay and a few drinks as an reimbursement. If you think this is fair then you might enjoy staying there.🥺

This place is a biggest scam on earth! Essentially you pay $150 for a standard room. Breakfast not included. Getting to the hotel is a nightmare, checking in is a nightmare, rooms are not worth even remotely close to $150. Aqua-park - which belongs to a hotel is +20$ per day, pools are $20 per person over 12 years. Sun-bed is $4. Breathing air also comes with the fee in this place. Food is horrible and more expensive than some michelin star restaurants. Stuff is under qualified to say the least. Territory is ok. I just checked in for 4 days and want to leave in few hours. To sum up, this place is a money trap, to some up even further the place is a piece of s***

Nice property - good for kids. Green w lots of hammocks and swings. Beautiful at night.
Rooms not very clean. Dust on the shelves. And really no space for clothes or luggage in the regular room which made rooms stuffed snd uncomfortable.
You have to PAY for parking although in the description it’s said INCLUDED. Very annoying.
Water park is NOT included - you have to PAY EXTRA. This was not listed anywhere.
Georgian restaurant in the hotel was terrible. Poor quality. Example: fried suluguni was frozen inside..
我们想找一家带孩子放松的酒店。结果这家酒店绝对不适合带孩子。鹅*石铺成的海滩简直糟透了。既不能下海，也不能上去。音乐一直响到晚上12点。儿童泳池很小。房间里的垃圾三天都没倒。床单一周都没换过一次。房间本身很普通——两个房间加一个大厅。管道是新的。自助餐还不错。在海滩度假期间，光顾房间里的便利设施和食物根本不可能。
我们于2025年9月23日抵达，特意预订了一套带泳池景观的公寓。这个季节至少会持续到十月，在南方的许多城市，甚至可能持续整个十月。泳池已经排干了，没有灯光，这意味着既看不到风景，也无法游泳。所有的咖啡馆都关门了，没有音乐，简直无聊透顶！！他们预测周末会再次炎热，但泳池却不开放，真是太可耻了。这里没有像普通酒店那样的班车去巴统，所以你得花钱打车，因为这里没什么可玩的！！真是浪费钱💵千万别来这里！
酒店里的混乱掩盖了所有原本美好的印象。首先毁掉三周假期的就是可怕的噪音：白天你会被施工的噪音折磨，晚上9点孩子们的迪斯科舞会开始，紧接着是成人迪斯科舞会，一直持续到午夜12点或凌晨1点。即使窗户完全关闭，噪音也大得可怕。周末和工作日也是如此。是什么样的**会允许这种情况发生？当然还有婚礼的烟花声、火车和铁路的汽笛声。还有走廊里邻居的吵闹声，就像没有门一样萦绕在你的耳边。至于海滩——没有足够的日光浴躺椅，遮阳伞坏了，被风吹倒，垃圾每天都不清理，工作人员懒惰，根本不提供任何帮助，老奶奶们拿着玉米四处走动，躲闪着，也不找零。除此之外，不知为何，海滩上的日光浴躺椅竟然是收费的。我真正喜欢的是这里绿意盎然、维护良好的环境，还有许多可以散步、乘凉、放松的地方。但我再说一遍，暴力和噪音掩盖了这里所有其他优点。
他们想把这里弄得昂贵而富有，结果却成了一场噩梦……人太多了。没地方坐，根本没地方躺，连躺椅都买不起，食物价格至少高出两倍，这地方的贪婪简直不合情理！我们点了香槟，他们拿来了酒杯，一切都脏得要命！特别要提一下经理Tiko——一个粗鲁的人，在市场上你可找不到这种人，她宁愿卖西瓜，也不愿和有钱人打交道！总而言之，这个地方的总结就是——根本不值得一去！浪费时间和金钱！
