不错的选择,就是房间太靠近公路,晚上很吵。
所有的员工都非常棒!前台的工作人员都非常友好、专业且乐于助人。调酒师Mitch很友善,对当地非常了解。他对餐厅和儿童活动提出了很好的建议。

车辆被破坏
我们入住当晚,车子被人撬了。我们被要求停在停车场,但显然那里并非24小时有人值守。破坏行为被旁边的摄像头拍了下来,但酒店没有赔偿损失。同一天晚上,同一停车场还有另外三辆车被破坏。团结起来,为顾客挺身而出!
卫生间门关不上,他们收的钱比和*******约定的要多(这还不算100美元的押金和25美元的停车费。他们竟然在不告知的情况下额外加收了一大笔钱)。而且,卫生间门关不上。门是滑动的,根本无法与墙面接触,甚至连门都无法齐平。酒店里有一个公共卫生间,里面有两个隔间,需要密码才能使用。请注意,从这里步行到电力照明区(Power & Light)可不行。
糟糕的客户服务。床头楼上房间的空调每隔20-30分钟就会发出很大的嗡嗡声。问题已经报告,但一直无法解决。直到第五晚我才被允许换房。
25美元的停车费简直就是拦路抢劫!
我们再也不住那里了。
度假的家庭根本付不起这种费用,而且网站上根本没提到停车费!
所以,不用凡士林,就让我享受这种折腾吧!
前台工作人员不太热情。不愉快,不友好,也不热情。
