Charge me for a room I didn’t stay in the day I went to stay in a room I payed for there was a sign no rooms available were close come back tomorrow morning n I still got charged no refund

This motel is right on 17-92, straight up the hwy to downtown in 5 min. That is what is great about it. All other stays are on interstate 4. An Indian family owns this property and check-in can be a bit difficult although everyone is nice. You can drive right up to your room and all safe. Must check room when you arrive. Get all items from front desk

I had a wonderful stay—the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the room was consistently clean and well-maintained.

My reservation said i could check in at 8am i wasnt able to check in untill 2pm so me and my family was stuck 6 hrs with no where to go…had random people knocking on my door looking for a person named cash….i would like a refund

Didnt even stay checked the beds when we got there and there was bed bugs. Didnt even look at anything else. Got in the truck and left

It is a good thing that I was only in the room to
It wasn't clean. There was what looked like mold in the grout in the shower. There was a strain that looked like it could have been blood on the blanket. The towel bar was loose and coming out of the wall.
