您好，我从2020年起入住詹西酒店。酒店位置非常好，靠近精英十字路口。这家酒店最棒的地方就是氛围，真的！所有员工都非常友善，待客周到，处处体现着对客人的重视，让客人流连忘返。尤其是Rajkumar先生，他始终以客户为中心，热情周到地服务每一位客人。前台团队在办理入住和退房手续时也非常友好。餐厅的咖啡厅团队也很了解客人的饮食习惯，我之所以这么说，是因为我每个月都会在这里住两三天。所以他很了解我的日常饮食需求，并会根据我的喜好准备餐点。厨师Pushpemdra先生做的南印度菜非常美味。还有主管Pradeep先生，我永远不会忘记他，因为他总是面带微笑地接待客人，这让我觉得他自己也心情愉悦，而且他总是用积极的态度回应不满意的客人。所以，非常感谢Lemon tree - Jhansi酒店的所有团队成员！
