Hi , I m staying at Hotel Jhansi from 2020. Location is very good , which is near to Elite chauraha. Best part of this Hotel is Atmosphere, yes really All staff is very guest Friendly , Behaviour towards easy accessibility, give value to the guest so that guest is to be bounded for the revisit .. If I will talk about Rajkumar ji ,who always deal of the guest which is to be customer centric approach .. Front office team is also very cool while check in and out Time... In Restaurant cafee team is also understand the guest food behaviour ,why I m talking because every month for 2 or 3 days I have stay there .. so He understand the need of my daily food and do prepare as per my desire .. Chef Mr. Pushpemdra ,who makes very delicious southindisn dish and Yes Mr. Pradeep supervisor, will never forgot because I say him Mr. Smily because He always come infront of me with smily face as a guest i thought , which keep him self happy and also reply of unhappy customer with a positive notes..
