Would stay again, overall good!
Spa was amazing! Friendly and service was 5 star!. I used the nail bar and had my eyebrows done.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, the service in the top bar was hit and miss, unless you went to see the bar staff they never asked if you needed anything, until you complain about it several times. They don't carry all the wines that are on the menu.
Buffet choices are good and the food was tasty.
Communal areas were all very clean and comfortable.
Only certain credit card machines take foreign cards, so you have to ask for it as they always bring the local one to take the transaction, even though you have used the foreign one each and every time before. No contactless.

酒店前台接待很差 效率慢,提供了打印的携程订Booking信息,都不知道我们所定套房信息。没有服务意识 要个大堂网络WI-FI 服务,都不愿意提供,多次沟通下,才提供一人次1小时内网络。订购小型套房,每间每晚2800人民币左右价格,还不如国内三星。配套设施差 靠近马路,房间玻璃不是中空隔音,噪声大,不能好好休息。房间卫生差,地毯一看就是很久未吸。早餐还可以接受。还有酒店内部全部区域禁烟,这个还好。 总体不推荐入住。
不推荐入住 从服务到房间 不值这个价位。可以有更好的选择。
服务很差
总体来说,员工态度不错,但是*******上的照片和我们实际入住的房间完全不一样!我们向Addison Blu投诉了,但他们说因为我们是通过*******预订的,所以他们也无能为力!员工会打扫房间,但不会更换床单!我们怎么知道的呢?因为我儿子把果汁洒在了床单上,我们回来的时候,房间虽然打扫干净了,但床单上还留着果汁渍!当然,我打电话过去之后,才有人过来重新铺了床!总的来说,这次入住体验还算可以。不过,就我这次住的房间而言,我肯定不会再来了!
酒店没有我们的预订。我们凌晨 1 点到达,原计划 6 点离开。经理想让我们支付一间新房间的费用。花了 2 个小时才解决问题,最后我们得到了一间房间。房间和酒店都不错,很干净,但入住体验很差。
我安排了机场接机服务,凌晨 1 点到达。机场没有人来接我。不幸的是,我的手机无法使用,我花了 2 个小时才有人让我付费使用他们的手机。显然,应该接我的联系人不在岗。我不得不再等 20 分钟,等别人来接我。服务非常差。
在办理入住手续之前,我曾要求在我的房间里放一张折叠床。办理入住手续时,前台自信地说折叠床已经在我的房间里了。当我们到达房间时,却发现它不在。客房服务花了一个多小时才终于把床送来。然后是叫客房服务的情况,打了大约 5 个电话才有人接电话。工作人员声称这是因为其他人打了电话。然后在凌晨 3 点,当我们正要带我的侄女去机场时,我们需要一个行李员来帮忙搬运 5 件行李。我们打电话给同一个客户服务接待处,但没人接电话。如果是紧急情况怎么办?太危险了。我终于带着两个行李下楼去大喊,我看到那个打电话的人在玻璃办公室里睡觉。我非常生气。前台的脸色很不好,说那个人吃了药,你们的员工生病了为什么还要工作?这家酒店是我最喜欢的地方,因为我喜欢 Amani 水疗中心,但我永远不会向任何人推荐它。这里的服务很一般,需要对员工进行适当的培训。
酒店内部很漂亮,房间整洁,尽管其中一间房间漏水,有潮湿的味道。早餐令人失望,不是五星级的品质。他们还需要投资购买更好的咖啡机
