酒店应该是新装修的，环境很好，就是日本房间一如既往的小，离札幌站非常近，步行5分钟就能到。酒店对面就有德寿，早点去walk in 就能吃上。酒店有免费浴场可以泡汤，三井花园应该是日本里连锁性价比比较高的了，下次来札幌还是会选择这家。

酒店离JR站步行5分钟路程，周边购物及餐饮选择很多且方便，酒店干净整洁，房间大小合适，床品舒适，早餐丰富味美，很推荐
最大优势是地理位置，离札幌站很近，步行三五分钟，去吃饭和逛街都很方便，札幌估计因为天气的原因，很多都可以走地下，熟悉以后逛街吃饭就都钻地下去了。走的那天遇到暴雪，离札幌站近也是帮了很大忙，要不然铁定赶不上飞机。卫生不错，泡汤的地方也干净，总体来说很方便，很舒适

房间刚刚装修整体很新，酒店前台提前收取了我的行李，很方便，且酒店回复邮件很快，真的要赞一个，但是酒店无法从地下直接进入是唯一缺点
全新，札幌站南口出来右转过个马路就到，放心选择吧，早餐品种不多，但口味不错，下次还会选择三井花园.
卫生：干净
环境：安静
我预订了一间双人房。酒店大堂很漂亮，员工的服务态度也很好，但一走进房间，就闻到一股潮湿的霉味，让我感觉很不舒服。浴室的瓷砖上也全是霉菌，让人完全不想进去洗澡，所以我就没用。天花板上还粘着一些灰尘之类的东西，导致我过敏症状发作。我本来是想通过住酒店放松一下的，但地毯上全是污渍，待在房间里实在太难受了，最后我只好回家睡觉了。希望酒店能尽快改善这些问题。
酒店离车站很近，就在六花亭本店对面！附近还有便利店和星巴克，地理位置非常方便。最重要的是，大浴场一直开放到早上9点，我很喜欢，泡个早澡感觉很舒服。房间里还免费提供饮用水，房间各处都很干净，在札幌住得非常满意。
我个人还在房间里处理了一些工作，所以Wi-Fi也很稳定，这一点很棒。下次去札幌我还会选择住在这里。
酒店离札幌站步行约5分钟，非常近，出行方便。虽然是第一次来，但很快就找到了。
附近有六花亭总店和便利店（罗森）。
房间和大浴场虽然不大，但都很干净。
房间里有饮用水、速溶咖啡和茶等。
洗漱用品好像是在一楼前台附近自取。
退房时收到了一封信，里面还有千纸鹤，感觉很暖心。
总的来说，这个价格加上地理位置，我很满意！😀
酒店离札幌站就是步行5分钟，酒店前一条马路就是北海道旧道厅，酒店后走不远就是北海道大学。
前台服务很好，细心介绍酒店情况。酒店早餐还可以换鱼场早餐，找前台确认，热心处理，选择出门时间，告知与司机确认回来时间。酒店面霜4件套可找前台要。
酒店温泉用门禁卡刷卡进入，男女门禁卡颜色不同哦。
酒店早餐不错。
必须给酒店的服务点个赞！工作人员态度亲切，有求必应。房间打扫得一尘不染，物品齐全。地理位置便利，周边安静，睡得很好。是一次很满意的住宿体验！
