标准亲子酒店,虽然圣诞价格实在离谱,但基本能满足老母亲躺平带娃的需求,两天不出酒店完全不无聊,娃每天玩到晚上然后秒睡。
酒店总体体验是好的。123号楼的泳池是联通的,儿童泳池在1-2号楼之间,成人泳池带池中酒吧在2-3号楼,(4号楼适合安静的人)123可以走路绕过去也可以中间桥洞游过去,所以住哪装楼不用太纠结,kids club还算好玩,小朋友挺喜欢的,以外还有不少小朋友可以玩的器械项目。
吃了几个餐厅服务都挺好的,走过微笑打招呼很热情。泰餐厅app订不到可以打电话试试,意大利餐厅pizza好吃,海边餐厅环境和服务是最好的。
泳池下午4-6happy hour值得来一杯。

工作人员热情周到,房间干净卫生,酒店餐厅设施等一应俱全
唯一不足是酒店位置普通,虽然有穿梭巴士但无论是去芭东海滩需要20分钟以上,卡伦海滩则更远。选择这家酒店可以暂时不用考虑其他行程好好享受吧。
酒店入住体验整体评分6/10。
很一般的入住体验,房间隔音很差,旁边房间的吵架,小孩的打闹清清楚楚。
地理位置太偏僻,距离核心商业区需要堵车30分钟以上,附近没有便利店(最近的711需要1.3KM)。
海滩在中午退潮后,遍布礁石,很影响景观,体验不佳。
早餐千篇一律毫无新意,味道平庸,泰餐厅价格不菲,但是和早餐餐厅共用一个餐区,用餐环境不匹配价格,但是味道尚可。
在入住期间,其中一个晚上23:00-0:00海滩上草地还有工人在施工,而我的房间是直通海景房。极其干扰我休息,打了五次投诉电话依然无果。最后酒店给予餐饮免费和延迟退房礼遇还算是很好的态度。
整体体验一般,入住四晚直通海滨房,房间小且拥挤,房间内蚂蚁很多,房间电话不能使用,联络了酒店入住第二天才能正常使用,早餐种类丰富,服务一般。房间门口白天正常施工,没有围挡,路过时突然有施工材料从二楼扔下来被吓到,酒店小朋友多比较危险!日料口味一般,泰餐很难预定。个人不推荐!

泰国菜极其不正宗,冬阴功汤是甜的,泰餐点了个波龙,不新鲜!肉是绵绵的!其他菜品很一般,就连炒通心菜都很难吃
海边那个西餐更惨
谁能想到在五星级酒店点个几百块的虾居然是不新鲜的,软绵绵的,还有异味,跟服务员反应也无果,没想到在一个靠海的五星级度假村吃海鲜,居然如此不新鲜,
买单也没有问我们万豪卡积分,第二天我们就去了另一家也是万豪旗下的酒店入住,吃饭发现消费也可以积分才知道
反正就是踩雷 这种酒店 去一次就够了,这个预算 在普吉岛有很多餐厅和设施比这家好的度假村酒店
这个酒店如果一晚800是值的,但是1500+的话,服务和卫生细节都很不过关,完完全全不值。酒店整体一副你爱住不住的傲慢态度。不说跟我们住的普吉岛其他酒店(迈考JW万豪)比,就是跟三亚千元左右的酒店比也排不到前50%。举几个例子:
1.客房打扫人员把我们放在床上的衣服卷成一坨扔在了椅子上。送来的婴儿床围栏有很多明显污渍。
2.“请打扫房间”的提示灯我们开了一下午3小时,也没人来打扫。傍晚回房间后我们打电话给前台,前台说现在很忙再过半小时再说。
3.家庭泳池底很多沙子,室内早餐厅很多苍蝇。
4.因为是晚上7点的飞机,我们申请延迟退房到2点,前台生硬的答曰不行(我的万豪会员本身有延迟到2点的权益)。又申请到1点,强硬地说只能一间房,另一间绝对不行。结果我们早早把另一间房退房了,等到1点我们走的时候,也没有人打扫另一间。可以理解你们要提前收拾给后面的客人,但是你不收拾,就那么放着,为什么一定要我们12点退房呢!
5.提前要求了联通房,到店后前台说住满了无法提供,打了几个电话去了前台几次,勉强说第二天可以换,但第二天不会通知我们,需要我们自己再跑去前台问,因为“酒店太忙了”。
这些问题放到普通酒店都可以忍受,但这个价格真的不值,住的时候不想影响心情也就没纠结了,回来一总结,真的挺差的。
