提前几个月定差不多是2000一晚,然后来了后发现已经涨到5k+了,今年这涨价属实恐怖。
环境:三个泳池➕私人沙滩,可玩性很丰富
,还有健身房,台球桌游,投篮机等等。
餐饮:好像有5个餐厅?泰餐厅(p6)需要一定要提前预订,不然根本等不到位置,味道还是不错的,很多人都推荐,上餐速度也快。意大利餐厅(p7)味道无功无过吧,不过服务没得说,十分热情,早餐厅有两个,Beach Grill(p3)品种少,不过可以早上坐在外面边吃早餐边看海,非常惬意,另一个Merchant Kitchen品类多,好吃的也多,不过就是在室内,看个人选择吧。他们家下午开始到晚上11点,不同bar的不同时间段买酒水饮料有buy 1 get 1 free,也挺划算。

设施:很好,酒店沙滩就能浮潜、kayaking,酒店提供装备,超级方便,设施完善
卫生:总体很好,扣一点分数的是公共区域看过有人吸烟两次,还有就是酒店自助餐卫生也感觉一般
环境:满分,非常好,海滩太美了。附近还有一个大象喂食洗澡的地方,体验很好。
服务:总体很好。但是第一天7点多到酒店后 check in 舟车劳顿很饿 问了所有餐厅 都要预定 最早的要一个半小时以后。最后步入了自助餐厅,吃的非常少,自助餐厅服务人员也不太友善。建议酒店提前告知客人旺季需提前预定餐厅,或者提供一点零食,别让客人来了饿肚子,很影响第一印象。

环境优美安静,绿植多、沙滩干净,躺平度假太合适了。
工作人员都很友善,有求必应,还贴心帮我们调整了房间,体验感很好。
酒店设施维护得不错,吃住玩都方便,服务在线。
住得很开心,下次来普吉还会选这里,真心推荐!
酒店环境和地理位置非常的好,确实是属于奢华类型的酒店,但是各别服务人员很冷漠,有一次在泳池bar买椰子忘记给我们吸管了,又跑回去要吸管,咨询台的服务人员对我们态度不是很好,建议这个级别的酒店要加强一下员工培训
🌃设施:房间里面不大,设施一般般,是那种简单的装修风格,房间有阳台跟浴缸。
🚍关于酒店摆渡车:有去芭东海滩跟江西冷的摆渡车,能用上还是很方便的,尤其是下午五点去芭东的车次,高峰期叫车尤其的困难。
🥪早餐:大餐厅早餐挺好,种类很丰富,味道也还挺好的。
🏊🏻♂️泳池:酒店的几栋客房楼围着三个泳池,其中一个有小滑梯。
🏖️沙滩:沙滩不大,总共也就一百多米吧,往海里走有礁石,可以看到小海参,水母跟小鱼。我们还尝试了浮潜,但那天浪太大了,效果一般。
🐘喂大象:沙滩面向海的左手边,粉色楼梯上去就是喂大象的地方,一共有4-5只大象,1600铢一大一小,工作人员也很热情,帮忙拍照。
🖐🏻️小贴士:入住时要收取押金,刷信用卡或者现金支付,不能微信或支付宝。

消费:我是充了3000🐷,到账3300,吃了两顿饭,再加2杯喝的,也超过了一些,建议能吃的话直接买一价全包,2900🐷/人/天(部分商品除外),早11-晚11,全天畅吃畅喝,下午茶,酒水饮料冰淇淋等等。
总体来说一切都很满意,下次如果来普吉岛,还想再多住几晚
本次普吉岛的行程最后两天留给了美林万豪。本来很美丽的心情被前台糟糕的办事能力搞得一团糟。我们一行8人下午3点到达酒店,接待的前台小姐告知我们所订的3间房如要在一个楼层,有一间房要到6点以后才能清扫干净。我们觉得也能接受,她第一次打电话去确认,又告知我们,还有一间房也要到下午4点。我们也接受了。在她电话去确认后,变成有一间房不能安排在同一栋楼,如需同一栋必须升级每晚1500株。我们提出不升级,只需有房,又被告知我们所订的两间双床房可能大小不一致。我们让她确认双床的尺寸,她又折腾了很久。我们拿出携程订单,我们所订的是两间都是两个1.37米的双床房和一间大床房。她又要给我们两间大床一间双床,弄的我们几近崩溃,多次重申我们所预订的房型,终于在一个半小时艰难沟通后,拿到了房间。美林万豪酒店环境根棒,其他餐厅,酒吧的服务也很和蔼可亲。酒店打扫有点拉垮,不主动补充牙刷牙膏等,浴缸也不清理。近4000的房价和酒店前台实在是不匹配。
订的两张大床房,结果有一间是双床拼的大床,台灯在床中间,很容易撞到。住了一天实在太危险了去换了房间,带小孩真的换房间很糟心,关键是一去前台就知道这个台灯撞头问题,和着我不说就得硬忍了。整个度假村不大,设施除了一个大水上滑梯,其他真的很一般。吃饭我们订了一价全包,好吃的日料和泰餐都需要订位置,而且能订到的都不是很好的时间。如果要在户外用餐你会发现苍蝇一直飞来飞去,真的很恶心。总之,这个酒店真的很不值,不懂为什么排名高,不建议带娃家庭来
美林万豪在群山环抱之中,环境幽静,独占一片清澈的海滩,这样的环境很适合轻松惬意的度假。酒店的kids club每天各个时间段都有活动安排,对带娃出行的家庭很友好,基本上把娃放在那里,家长就可以躺平享受阳光沙滩了。
娃最不满意的地方是待的时间太短了,强烈要求下次呆满一周

酒店有年头了,但是房间应该重新装修了几年前。泳池和海滩都很赞。非常适合带孩子来,孩子玩的很开心,基本不用去别的地方。其实附近也有些苍蝇馆子,也并不是说没吃的。酒店的泰餐厅很好吃,消费也不高。推荐储值。
在美林万豪度过了愉快的四天三晚,不论是前台服务还是酒店内工作人员都很热情专业,房间安排得也很不错。在前台补了一价全包,餐食都还不错。酒店里的儿童活动也很多,工作人员对孩子真的很热情,孩子很开心。房间没有潮湿感,很干净。下次来普吉还会选择入住。
